"Beginner Glitch" - Forum breakdowns

This issue has been resolved.

 

 

 

The "Beginner Glitch" is problem on the forum causing Advanced and General players to go down to the "Beginner" forum section and problems occur.

 

 

The following are things that happen due to the beginner glitch. Note: They are only temporary and go away in about 2 minutes.

1.  You can't open your PM.
2.  You can't reply to anything in your PM.
3. Once you've written anything and clicked 'Post', nothing happens.
4.  You can't open any thread.
5.  You can't open your Notifications Panel.
6.  You can't go to anyone's profile. A message pops up: 'Link is badly formed'.
7.  You can't log out. A message pops up: 'Link is badly formed'.
8.  If you logged out, you can't log in. A message pops up: 'Link is badly formed'.
9.  You can't 'Hide' your posts. Hide button appears then disappears.
10. When you edit your post, Forum says: 'You do not have permission for that'.
11.  When you click on 'Multi-quote' or 'Quote', nothing happens.
12.  When you 'Edit' your post, and then click 'Save Changes', nothing happens.
13.  When you click 'Load more topics', nothing happens.​
14. Can not post IN a topic. The text box vanishes.
15. Can not post a topic
16. Can not see other people's rank or post amount
17. Maximum numbers of likes for the day

If you get any of the above glitches, do not post topics about them.  By posting topics about the "beginner glitch" you flood the forum, give the moderators extra work, and annoy the developers with reports about something they have already fixed.

As Main post says, it is for everyone and only temporally glitch on what Devs are working on to fix it as soon as possible.

Being an Admin is not changing anything for this glitch to make them as same as normal players to beginners. Just stop making dramatic things about this temporally issue.

TOF Result page is open for 3 hours, so excuse like that wont change anything. 

And yes Drama, because all places where I see you are making this problem as end of world, be patient and wait till Devs will work this issue out.

Don't worry this glitch stays for like a minute or 2 then goes then comes after some time.

For the past two days I have had trouble when I enter the forum, half of the rank icons of people who have posted are not visible, and I can't "like" any posts, or make any posts of my own, I was just wondering if there is a solution? And also is this a common problem or is it just me?

We are aware of the situation and and we regret it.  Our developers are already working on a fix.  We don't expect this problem to last further much.

There are a couple more points I like to add that are being affected by this glitch: (Note that these are only temporary, refreshing seems to work).

 

1. You can't open your PM.

2. You can't reply to anything in your PM.

3. You can't write in PM.

4. Once you've written anything and clicked 'Post', nothing happens.

5. You can't open any thread.

6. You can't reply to anything in that thread.

7. You can't write in that thread.

8. Once you've written anything and clicked 'Post', nothing happens.

thanks for finding these, but there are much bigger problems

this one under is totally opposite from "begginer"
