Insane drugging

I think there needs to be some system where health kits can only be used once every 3-5 minutes. I come across this all the time where someone is using double damage, getting healed by an isida AND when they're almost dead, they just pop a health kit and kill me. Just look at how unbalanced the match was in the attached image:

If you do not like drugs, Play Pro battles. For the small price of 5,000 crystals, buy a pro battle pass for a month. Besides, this should be in ideas and suggestions and It would most likely get declined. Not saying it would.

Only tip that everyone can give to you, is to buy Pro-Battle pass and join those battles where supplies usage is turned off. 
Players are free to use their supplies and help from friends in battle as far as supplies aren't turned off or made in a format battle.
