Kicked after battle end

I was playing a polygon XP/BP CP 100.. When the CP was gonna finish at 99, The scoreboard was not seen, I couldn't see the battle results. And I was not able to turn my turret. Normally when I am not able to turn my turret I just take settings and click save. But now when I took settings and clicked save it froze. I reloaded I was in the battle, Not kicked, But the battle ended But I didnt get my fund.

But if Internet was lost why did it freeze? (giggle)

This is probably due to low FPS. XP/BP in Poly (especially CP) can get quite intense with a lot of graphics, so it's not surprising you will be getting frozen screens as your computer can't handle the load. Please provide screenshots of your computer specs. Here's how:

1. Press "Windows key + R" on your keyboard.
   
2. Type in "dxdiag"
   
3. Click "OK" or press "Enter".
   
4. If it shows a pop-up, click "No".
   
5. When it finishes loading, take pictures of the "System" and "Display" tabs and post them here.

Sometimes, my screen freeze when I lose my internet connection is lost. 

But as you said below, this can also be cause by low FPS, which I haven't had, because my PC is good enough.

How could that be possible? Did your screen turn white? (for windows when a screen if frozen it turns white). But Internet connection doesn't affect FPS, which means it can't possibly cause anything in your computer to freeze. Especially that you said, you have a good PC.

It not white, but froze game and made screen like this.

That usually happens when you disconnect due to slow Internet, not due to FPS lag.

That's not a frozen screen, that's you disconnecting from the game due to Internet man. You're mixing it up. That's not what you call a frozen game.
