Hello and welcome back folks for an amazing topic I have in my mind.

 

I have a brilliant idea to solve the problem with the friends list in Tanki Online. My friends list is growing day by day and I find it difficult to find the appropriate friends to categorize by gameplay style and category. For example, I have friends who likes to use Isida in team battles to heal me, other help me catch gold boxes and others make my life easier by assisting me on completing hard super mission.

 

The friends list is something that has been implemented into Tanki Online for a very, very long time and it is time for it to improve. The friends list must become more organized (like the garage) where players can create their own category tabs, name them, and place different types of friends by category and gameplay style.

 

Players can also sort their friends by, rank, date of account creation, gameplay style and the way they help in battles.

 

I have also made a post a while ago, where players can invite their friends to battle by inviting all friends at once by selecting an option on a friends menu called "Invite All" friends to battle.

 

I personally think that friends clan players can also be merged into the friends interface for when playing in clan. I also suggest to have this idea merged with eSports friends as well, so that the same players who play eSports can help you out in battles in many different ways.

The friends referral feature does not work. I tried to use it many times over and it never worked properly. I have witnessed other players who also complained about it.

 

This referrals feature must either be removed completely or improved into something that is more convenient and better for rewarding friendly players with crystals when ranking up.

Chuckle, a list for the good,  the bad and the Ugly.  If you're going to tab it, this is probably an ideal spot to hide the enemas list as well.  Those you don't want to play with.  I like this idea too though for other reasons.  I don't friend many people but my friends list is somewhat out of control, and half those people I'll never see again, but sure as you clean it out someone pops up and complains you removed them.  So you can have the real friends and best buds group, the also-rans and the reset of the peanuts.

When you add many players to the friends list, it's hard to remember who speaks your language, or who is a good player, who is fun. So it would be great if we could add some filters to every friend and then sort them according to the chosen specs. Check these images for better understand:

when you meet a player who is cheating, or is sabotaging the team or simply is rude and unpleasant, you can add him to your blacklist. After that, you will see his nickname in red both in the chat or during a battle.

In this way you can easily remember and recognise players that you don't like and maybe will not join a battle with them. You can also be ready to record a video in the case you see a red nickname that belongs to a player that uses cheat.

This would be very useful. more than 80% of my friends list are russians and many of them have names made up of random letters and numbers, and for those that have proper names i don't speak russian so it's still random letters for me. Of course i can tell who is whom when i look at their names but it's difficult to use the search function because i can't remember all those random spellings.

The current friend list is very annoying especially if you have a lot of friends. If you want to invite people to your parkour club training, your clan training or other specialist club training, you have to scroll and scroll to find their name and even go by their name without noticing. So, my idea is that there should be tabs on the left side of the friend list just like the tabs, or buttons in the garage.

 

Upon update, the first tab would be 'All' and second would be '+ Create List'. By clicking on that, you have to enter a name for that list. For example, I will name it Clan FA Members. Then I will add the people I want in that list. When I make this list, now my friend list will have 3 tabs. 'All', 'Clan FA Members' and '+ Create List'. Now I can make another list by the name of 'Save The Gold Club' and add all the club members. Placing friends into your created lists will remove them from the 'All' list.

 

We can create a total of 5 lists. Plus, we can edit their names and delete them. For Edit, there can be a small pencil on the top-right side of the tab. For delete, there can a be a dustbin under that pencil.

 

I think that this will make the friend list more user-friendly and easy to use. What do you think? Thoughts below!

          I have only one person in my friend list.  :wub:  I don't accept anyone else (quality vs quantity) since time ago, so no headaches for me there. ^.^

I really need this system, because I want to be able to divide my friends in multiple groups (real friends, good players, players who spoke my language, etc. ) and most important, I want to do a BLACKLIST where I put all the mults and cheaters or those annoying druggers... so I can avoid a battle with one of them inside.

Nice idea, but I think all should have all your friends names in it.
