I'd say DA and Repair Kit will give you better chances, but with one supply DA is better because you can defend yourself against more incoming attacks.

I picked kits over sales for these reasons:

• Sales are not as good as they used to be
• Kits provide combos,protection modules,paints, and supplies
• Kits allows for getting equipment earlier 
• Kits pretty much already have a discount
• There are several kits that are OP
• Sales do not occur very often

1) You should post in What to buy? Which is better.

2) If you are definitely going to get M2 Wasp, I say Voltage, as Hornet is pretty much the same, especially after the update. Dictator will be a better hull for smaller maps, perhaps.

Sales = Reduction on price on anything you want (usually) to buy for a set amount of crystals

Kit = Have to buy a specific combo at a cheaper price

Also there is only a drug kit for Generalissimos so, sales are better for them. So :D
