To whom it may concern:

 

After being an avid tanki player for the past 6 years, I've grown very dissatisfied with the whole experience as of this writing. 

 

Last year, I've opened a thread complaining about how rigged the turret Isida is. Out of all the turrets in tanki, I would dare say that Isida is the strongest one of all and that fact alone makes the game rigged from beginning to end.

It's incredible to see the amount of paints that offer protection against Thunder (up to almost 50% protection in some cases), but there's only a few paints against Isida. And talking about paints, it seems kinda ridiculous that a particular paint can offer more protection than a fully micro-upgraded hull (this is insane). I know that the creators/owners of the game like the idea of monetizing on paints and other upgrades, but its kinda idiotic to believe that in some instances paint alone would offer you more protection than buying and micro-upgrading a particular hull to the max. (Remember devs: paint is just a coating, not an extra hull).

 

Overall, I think the game has lost its balance: Thunder is slower and less powerful than before, and Isida inflicts even more damage and has longer range than what it used to be. Due to this fact ( and many others),  I think it's time for me to move on.

 

Please, I ask the admins to close my account for good or to please advise me on the steps to do so.

That's a pretty good question how to close an account.. But I don't think its possible.

It is not possible, but what I would do in your situation is to randomly write out a long string of numbers and letters, and change your password to that. Then burn or throw away the paper you wrote the password on, and it is all over. Or, perhaps, send the password to your email in the future (there are websites that make that possible), so in case you want to get back into tanki at some point you can.

Account cannot be closed like that. However, I suggest you stay and wait for the paints and modules update. I have a feeling it's going to change the game balance to quite an extent.

Quite frankly looking at you profile, it is hardly surprising that you fall victim to anything let alone Isida!  You would be very much a target.  Slow cumbersome mammoth only M2 poor paints.  Your kit would not stand up against any decent Warrant Officer Grade let alone the sort of company you aught to be keeping at Commander level!  Obviously you play little.  Their is plenty wrong with this site but it is not Isida or lack of available paint. 

 

On the other hand people should be able to close an account for what ever reason, especially if one is unhappy.  I wish you luck with that.  perhaps the Admin may help you or make it possible for people to sign off if that is whet they really want.  Good luck and all the best.

Not really. He had a high K/D with average drug use, so it's clearly a good combo. Some of us wouldn't dream of spending money on this failing game.

I think I can understand why you find Isida so irritating, since it has the self heal thing, and if it gets close to you, your Thunder will inflict more damage to you, at the same time, the Isida is sucking away your health, and regaining its own. But I don't think you should quit, but if you want to, then my regards to you and good luck in the future. You should try the future email thing though, if you want to get back to Tanki Online, and maybe see if you got anything from the Euro 2016 thing.

3-4 years ago, tanki was a great game to play. You achieved recognition, status and respect  by being a good player, and your rank allowed/restricted you to get the hulls and turrets needed to increase your chances of winning. Nowadays, any noob can buy a kit and inflict more damage than those who work hard throughout the years to achieve their ranks.

Adding insult to injury, the last so-called "re-balances" (which began since 2015) destroyed the TRUE meaning of balance.

This doesn't change the fact that the most rigged of ALL the turrets is Isida. Full stop. My thunder is fully MUed to "M4" and my mammoth is fully MUed to M3 (even though It looks like an M2). Still, it surprises me that something as superficial as a paint can offer you more protection than a fully MUed hull. It's beyond ridiculous, but anyhow, I can't tell people how to make and/or manage their games, reason why I'll simply quit.

 

Still waiting for the admins/devs to close my account or to send me written indications via this forum or my email on how to do it.

The most rigged turrets are Vulcan and Smokey with Rail following close behind It was once the most feared hammer comes with rail.  Isida comes right down the list.  Isida needs to practically touching that is very close to inflict damage.  Any further away and it is a lame duck and easily picked off.

I am wondering about that my self and I have happily spent in the past.

Believe me, I have been very tempted to buy crystals in the past! It takes me an awful long time to save for M3 equipment.

 

There's three reasons why I don't think crystals are value for money:

 

1. High prices and Russian users get a better deal

2. Tanki X may render this version obsolete

3. Proposed changes to paints. I could buy zeus hoping to get 50% fire protection, only to find it has been nerfed.
