You won't be able to get an insane PC for €1200, but you can get a very good one. Below is a rough suggestion of a build you can do for about €1200:

Done a lot of research lately, wanting to build a desktop for video editing myself, so I like to think I kinda know what I'm talking about. Those that seriously game will know more obvs, I care more about video editing.

Why the power supply? Corsair CX series are known to have failed in the past, moreover, 120$ for 500W semi-modular Bronze? Damn man, EVGA SuperNOVA G2 is 650W, full-modular and Gold for 90$ (the one I have) :P

Also, do you mind sharing your rig? I know a fair bit about PC hardware and I would love seeing your build. I might even be able to help you a bit:)

Yep, this is decent, although if you're willing to wait a little longer you could get your hands on a new GTX 1060 which is set to release at a good price with power to rival the current 980.

Can't speak for Corsair, but I will also recommend EVGA for their power supplies - I'm using a 650W fully modular one too.

Is this possible with 1300 - 1500 Euro?

These two videos are both 60fps with maximum graphics. You can't get more than 60fps in Flash Tanki and there are no advanced graphics settings for it. That's the maximum quality you can get with raw video. But since both of them edited the videos, added more contrast, brightness, etc. it looks better.

Also, we're talking about PC components for your budget.

I have an alienware 13 laptop for 1700$, its small but can run any game ive tried on it with at least 60 FPS including GTA 5, it has a dual core 17 processor with 10 gb of installed ram, Ive had this for almost two years and ive never encountered a problem with it.

In which case, go for that one, IDK that much about power supplies. I don't actually have one yet, I haven't decided how insane I want to go, it also depends on if I get a drone first or not.

That is true, would have gone with a 1070, but it would have gone over budget.

I'm guessing that's gonna be a bit overpriced for what you got, knowing Alienware.. (Not as much as a Macbook though  )

True, Alienware is pretty much Dell's flashy gaming laptop range, equipped with shiny LEDs and a matte black design. You can custom-spec a Dell Inspiron or XPS laptop for significantly less money.

Just one question OP, are you ONLY going to play tanki? If yes, then get a 800$ pc (custom), its more than enough. If you are going to play OTHER games too (especially AAA games with high settings), then i can recommend according to that.

Though i would recommend the latter for long term investment, because pc get outdated very quickly

Blender, Adobe premiere DOESN'T EVEN RUN on the computer what you would buy to play AAA games.

Never used Blender, but Premiere will easily run on a gaming rig...

what are you talking about?

A gaming rig also consist of a powerful CPU, ssd and RAM which are the basic requirements of editing.
