Please help. gold box does not have a hitbox

Hi, I got a gold box not long ago and my tank went right through it and I only got the 100 crystal compensation instead of the 1000 crystals I deserve. I would post a photo but my computer does not take screenshots very well. Please help me, this was my second gold box ever and I was the first one to it as well.

Brother you had lag at that time,normally when you have lag you can't catch Gold boxes and even Bonus Boxes too.Solution to it is refreshing the page.You are talking about 100 crystals it was because it happened during Tanki's Birthday Celebration,in that they announced that the tankers who will try to catch gold will get 100 crystals,so you yeah you were near gold so you got them. :)

No. If you want to receive compensation, you must take a screenshot proving that you were touching the Gold Box or record a video. It is the only way to receive compensation. You upload it, then send it to help@tankionline.com to receive compensation.

In addition to what the two players above me wrote, read the article on our Q&A site on how to reduce lag. Following the steps there might help prevent this problem in the future.

1. In which map was that ?

2. How did you get it ?

3. How was your ping ?

4. Could you take other boxes ?

It was Industrial Zone. I went across the bridge on the blue side and went through it, and then i came back around and parked on it for five seconds and then got destroyed by a shaft.I did not check my ping because I had it turned off to prevent even more lag.I could take other boxes but not the double armour on the opposite side of the bridge as the gold.I could however, get the double damage that was on the bridge at the time. I was using viking with freeze and marine paint.

Were you seeing tanks lagging in front of you?I mean driving stickily or Turrets moving.

Esplande had lag in which whenever anyone tried to take goldbox from upside,he passed through it,maybe that can be the issue.

I did not see anyone else lagging at the time and I had not lagged at all the whole game

Typical lag my friend. You were not able to pickup some boxes because they were already there when you lagged, you were able to pickup some was because they spawned when you didn't have lag. This is a common issue. Read all the links provided above to see what you can do to prevent lag. Moreover, the PING and FPS overlay doesn't affect anything at all, it's just an overlay :)
