Well tanki security is low and everyone might get hacked without even knowing it and tanki should increase their security.

When you press the "Change password and email" button in game settings, it automatically sends a password reset link to your email account which is needed to change change the password and email address linked to your account.

So email account is needed to change the password.

Are you sure your account was linked to email? If so, ^ should have shown up when going to settings. This means, email and password of email would be needed for changing the password of that account.

Then its your fault. Since you set it to some random email with a random password, there was no way possible that you could have changed the password. I you had been smart and set it to your email that uses a different password, you could have simply changed the password and emailed tanki help to have the crysals added back. All they would have needed to see would that the crystals spent were not on your ip.

Well that e-mail was created by me and as you can see in skype screenshot, he didnt needed my e-mail to change my tankionline password so thats not the fault of e-mail. Thats tanki fault.

If you have linked your Email to your Tanki account, then you MUST have the linked email to change your password, otherwise you can't

Did the hacker give you a link, app or a file ? and you opened it ? 

No i didnt knew him. Today he asked my skype using my account in game and i gave it to him to finaly talk with him and understood how he did it but he didnt sent anything because he already had my account.

I was saying 1 admin to check ip changes in last 2 days but he did nothing.

 

Emails could be hacked, actually everything in the world could be hacked, but it's hard to hack emails.

However I guess the hacker gave you something and you opened it. He didnt sent anything and e-mail registred for my acc was with random letters like DdfgHFw@gmail.com and password simmilar like "DFFHw vawg1212" or like that. so noone can hack it and hacker said he dont know my e-mail.

 

Do a security scan on your computer (Full Scan) Doing it 2x per day. Kaspersky anti-virus.

 

Now... 

Do these steps please, maybe you will find something helpful.

Open your Email (The one you have used or let's say the one which was linked to your account)

Check "Sent messages" , see if you sent something to someone you don't know.

If you didn't find there anything, check the trash.

Maybe you will find something, I'm not sure.

Nothing found. E-mail for registering my acc was in different place with another HDD so it means he wasnt able to get it back then when i created that acc.

 

Why am I telling this ?

Because most phishing programs uses your own email address to send your information to their accounts.

Don't worry about that, everyone who opens your email can find out where you live, so don't worry. Or like I said, the hacker gave you something and you opened it, so he got your IP address too, which means he can find out where you live.

The security in Tanki is not soo easy to break it, but like I said, by phishing programs, hackers can even steal your Paypal account.

If you got your account back, I advice you to do these following steps..

1. Do a full security scan on your computer. Doing 2x on 1 day

2. Delete all new installed applications. Last program installed is Video recorder.

3. Make a new Email, I prefer Gmail. He doesnt know current.

4. Use the 2 Step Verification system. What??

3. You are not sure, there is a big possibility he wants to scare you only. Well it was random typed e-mail what wold be SO hard and it would cost alot of time to hack that password+Captchas to prove he is real person. and what kind f scaring? Scare that, he got my accoint? Well spending 500 000 is a bad joke. REALY bad joke.

4. It's a security system, which you have to link your cell phone with your Email. I used e-mail for registeration just to keep it safer. But i have linked my main e-mail to my phone.

 

Do you actually know the last email you have linked ? No. Noone knows. it got created just to link that acc. in tanki that e-mail shows like d**********c@****l.com

There is also a possibility that he is one of your friends. Well the only friend who i have in ASV is MrCheesyPotato but he dont know my e-mail registred for this acc.

The point is, this issue isn't related to lack of security in Tanki. However he might have hacked into your account, it's definitely because of some error on your end. Otherwise, it's nearly impossible to hack into an account just like that. Same goes for email accounts, social networking accounts, etc.
