I sent an Email to helpDesk about my Pro Pass not restoring , been 4 hours no reply , should i buy new one , i waNt XP/BP  !!! -_-

They're getting tons of messages. It'll take a bit longer than 4 hours. Keep your patience. :)

ummm sry but i have been to patient , i think im gonna buy a new one if i didnt get a reply by 1:30 UTC

Hello tankers, Hello Tanki Devs !

 

Ok ok... One crashing server with maintenance needs, this can happen.... It's not a dead man ! :-)

 

Some are complaining about their Premium account, it's fair and logical...

 

But what about those like me who are playing carefully every day in order to complete daily missions ????

 

I was on 4-5 daily missions in a row (level 4)  in my both accounts, and suddenly because of this crashing server they are resetted at start..... Sorry but this is something like disgusting.... I didn't even thought that tanki devs would allow that....

 

So now : will tanki devs give us our weekly gifts in order to compensate that ???

 

Anyway glad to be able to play tanki again !

I got a Question ? Please i need someone to answer preferably a Helper/admin/Cedric

Ok Now i had a pro pass that expired before due date yesterday alright then i bought a pass yesterday again which disappeared when i changed servers , alright so i sent an Email to helpdesk been around 5 hours no reply alright they got a lot of tickets so now my question is :

 

If i buy another Pro Pass Today (i wonna play XP/BP ;-; i have an upcoming clan war too) ok now if i buy another Pro Pass today before the devs consider my email. when they see my Email and try to restore my pass , will my pass time then extend to 2 months and the days left for my first pass to expire or they will not restore my older passes? i mean should i wait or buy another

pass if i buy another pass i will restore my older ones or not?
