Hello, I'm just waiting 10 days. 10 Days to change my nickname. I have already answered at all their questions, and they wrote me to wait 1-7 days, this is the 10th day. I'm writting them but they don't answer. What to do?

Try waiting or Emailing them again by saying that it is 10th day and are you sure that you answered all the questions right?

done 5 days ago. They wrote me to wait and when they will change it I'll recive an email. Okay but. Why is the tech answering me in another email and in mine not?

Unfortunately only thing that remains is that you wait a little bit. Be patient please, yesterday Tech support probably received thousands of emails due to full-day problems with the servers. And today they are receiving thousands of new e-mails because some players are missing PRO passes, Premium Accounts or other stuff from their garages. Tech support is very busy last two days.



Please, I know that sometimes it is not easy but be more patient.

Tech support is literally flooded with e-mails and hardworking people there are working as fast as they can.


I know that it is not easy to wait after 10 days but be more patient. My advice is that you ask them again in two days from now, until this "crowd" of e-mails and various questions about yesterday's problem is not cleared up a little.

 

After all, nothing else you can do but to wait :)

Don't worry, it's not only you. I requested to changed my nickname 4 days ago and still waiting for a response. That just means that the tech is extremely busy, so as Mserbia said, be patient and wait for their response. It will come, I assure you :)
