[Declined] Please Narrow the Rank Ranges in Battles

I am sure I'm not the only one here...

...Who's rather sick and tired...

...Of playing against multiple players that are atleast 5 ranks above me...

...And who all have M2's/M3's.

 

I'm not expecting anyone to care for my problems specifically, but I was only wondering, if perhaps more people had the same kind of irritation. It's so difficult at around my rank to find a battle where they're not always the lowest rank or who has the worst equipment. This was the reason I quit Tanki for some time now. But it doesn't look like it's gonna get solved any time soon.

 

However, I am begging you, the Moderators, to make mention of this to the Developers. And you, the players to try and relate and/or support this idea.

 

If it is implemented, I will be very, very, very grateful, and I presume many others will benefit, too. So please, consider this suggestion.

The rank limits have already been reduced drastically at least twice over the years and reducing them even more will make the game inconvenient for friends with different ranks to play together. All you need to do is find a server that has more battles where your rank is maximum and only enter those battles, and ones where the maximum rank is no more than 2 ranks about yours.

This, and you could just create battles with smaller rank ranges... if you want to play with only your rank and one or two from above and below, just set the ranks like that.

In 2014 Warrant 5 officers could play with generalissimos, and make battles to rank sergeant. Be happy with this limit.

I also believe that the range of rank is far to great.  At my Rank Field Marshal, it is possible to play a Major, which is quite ridiculous.  I am sure their are those that like it because it helps with their crystal and ratio.  Many games are very unbalanced and subject to complaints of multing by planting players that either do not score or can not score effectively.

There is option to reduce them when you make a battle! actualy i would ask to extend rank limits from private to gizzmos but those mults....

Or you could just narrow the ranks in your own battles yourselves...

 

Or stop playing against the big guys and spend some effort looking for battles your rank..

Of course we can do that, you are absolutely correct. However the game has been deliberately set in to create imbalance which results in complaints from high and low.

Of course but it spoils things for many.  Few ever bother to reduce numbers let alone rank range, they could just be ignorant of course or even just plain cynical.

 

To improve matters, it would not be necessary to prevent the extremes of rank from fighting if that is what they really wanted.  Only not to make it a default setting.  In other words, the normal range would be reduced but if someone of a much lower rank or conversely a much higher rank wanted to play against players at the other end of the spectrum they could do so if that is what they wanted.

I was playing with Marshals the other day in a Polygon CP and was 3rd place (16 people, no loopholes)

I didn't drug, lower ranks stand a chance. Majors aren't mult in Gissimo - Major battles.

If you really mind just lower the limits..
