Twins Cannon, unfair weapon

Freeze makes it impossible to move and turn my turret. OMG UNFAIR.

Isida heals itself when it attacks me. SO CHEAP.

Smokey keeps knocking me off balance. Needs to be nerfed.

Thunder can do splash damage. That is very unfair.

Railgun has too much range. Infinite range is totally cheap.

the game despite its apparent build is pretty tactical got to get every advantage you can think of over the opposition to win and pick your own ground on witch to fight also be aware of the opposing parties gear and have a general idea of their status b4 you can make any real movement you have to consider your opponents

so for this scenario lets say he is using that gun you like to gripe a bout the twins

 

BIG BAD WULF <--evil

 

turret: twins

chassi: wasp

paint: red

items: nitro X1 armor X1 homeless person stomping membership X1

 

HERO MC GOOD GUY <--- you

 

turret: rail gun!

chassi: dictator

paint: HOLIDAY

items: nitro X1 armor X1 and helthkit X1 land mine

 

how lets just say hes in a city or somthing and your standing inbetween the city and a hill now theres two thigns you can do and one of them wil lget you killed 100% of the time! and thats to charge into the city in closed quarters like those your not going to get mutch benifit out of your rail gun witch is a LONG RANGE sniper turret mostly built for the talented marksman and a slower chasie driveing into that town is suicide not only dose he have the advantage in firerate but in close range his gun only becomes more powerfull not to mention the mobility granted by his wasp will alow him to hit you and run back into cover and attack you from another side hit and runing you to death

 

 

 

the obious choice is to run for the hill and bunker down not only will he have to run over the middle streatch of exposed flat land to get to you thus increaseing his chances of getting spotted and sniped but he has to drive uphill to even get you into his max fireing range and thats a good time for you to sneek around the opiside of the hill and dirve anround and flank him! maby get some pot shots well hes driveign back down the hill to get you well SHOT it will only realy take one hit...

 

the point is one gun dose not fit all you can't snipe with a fire bird and you have to be pritty dumb to try and use a thunder as a close quarters weapion

after chooseing a load out only join games where that gun is best suited for example don't bring a thunder into that... city map that i forget the name of and don't bring a flamer into a place like massicur its just bad tactics

is yu look at it like that firebird is the one that needs an upgrade. as a matter of twins, their yust enoying. not winning gunns and yu can beat twins with evry type of gunn (except firebird). yes they are enoying but yu can still beat em yust work your aim and speed. by the way, twins beat long rangers on short range like al medium range guns and beats shortrangers when they can back up or on large distaces.

twins seem to have gotten more stronger. just two weeks ago i could easily kill m0 dictator with m3 twins with m0 thunder and viking. even now with m1 thunder' date=' they suddenly start killing me more. i can only kill them with guerrila tactics now. did they nerf the gun during one of the more recent updates? the gun seems too strong to be 500 at m3[/quote']

For your answer, No they didn't buff the gun. Its strength is the same as before the only difference is that people now know how to use it.

twins are so mad OP :evil: they shoot too fast and their knock back is too much for a weapon that shoots that fast..... it can flip a hornet over if they shoot when you turn, and when they push at you and shoot, seriously.... they're too OP just get rid of the knockback or decrease it. PLus, the damage is OP, because seriously at m3, 181.8 shots per min, they shoot about 3 shots per second. That is extremely OP when they deal about 7 dmg per each shot. In 1 second, they can deal 21 dmg, so in 3 seconds, it will kill anything below 60 hp.... seriously, that is extremely OP. along with that they have the highest shooting range (as in they can shoot down the farthest, like if you're 5 ft away from a twins, and 5 ft abouve them, they can shoot you but you cant') and that is also OP. so i think they need a nerf again........ seriously this weapon can even compete with m3 tier 2 weapons making their weapons miss..... this is unfair....

That's why Ricochet is created to own Twins. You stay at about 60m to 80m away from the person but Twins only go as far as 60m and Ricochet go 80m. So just stay back and watch the Twins get owned by Ricochet. And plus, Ricochet has a larger recoil and range and damage. It can literally own anything between 20m to 80m.

Twins is no good past the lieutenant rank. And you can learn to deal with the recoil.

One twins gun is really not all that intimidating. 4 or 5 twins guns sucks, especially when they are camping at the top of the ramp in silence. Either way, a M-2 freeze just eats them for lunch. If you don't like getting that close, upgrade your thunder and quit whining.

I noticed that I keep getting pwned by M0 Freezes when I'm using M3 Twins in Island. I can't afford to get Freeze because I've got other things to deal with. :|

yes they are. I thought i was hitting a guy max damage when i was in combe as a newbie, it took me a few minutes to kill him (he was inactive).

i mostly use Twins when i play on such maps as Silence and Fort Knox3, because those maps are very good for close combat! i suggest you get m3 twins and pawn on those maps! ;)
