the game despite its apparent build is pretty tactical got to get every advantage you can think of over the opposition to win and pick your own ground on witch to fight also be aware of the opposing parties gear and have a general idea of their status b4 you can make any real movement you have to consider your opponents

so for this scenario lets say he is using that gun you like to gripe a bout the twins

 

BIG BAD WULF <--evil

 

turret: twins

chassi: wasp

paint: red

items: nitro X1 armor X1 homeless person stomping membership X1

 

HERO MC GOOD GUY <--- you

 

turret: rail gun!

chassi: dictator

paint: HOLIDAY

items: nitro X1 armor X1 and helthkit X1 land mine

 

how lets just say hes in a city or somthing and your standing inbetween the city and a hill now theres two thigns you can do and one of them wil lget you killed 100% of the time! and thats to charge into the city in closed quarters like those your not going to get mutch benifit out of your rail gun witch is a LONG RANGE sniper turret mostly built for the talented marksman and a slower chasie driveing into that town is suicide not only dose he have the advantage in firerate but in close range his gun only becomes more powerfull not to mention the mobility granted by his wasp will alow him to hit you and run back into cover and attack you from another side hit and runing you to death

 

 

 

the obious choice is to run for the hill and bunker down not only will he have to run over the middle streatch of exposed flat land to get to you thus increaseing his chances of getting spotted and sniped but he has to drive uphill to even get you into his max fireing range and thats a good time for you to sneek around the opiside of the hill and dirve anround and flank him! maby get some pot shots well hes driveign back down the hill to get you well SHOT it will only realy take one hit...

 

the point is one gun dose not fit all you can't snipe with a fire bird and you have to be pritty dumb to try and use a thunder as a close quarters weapion

after chooseing a load out only join games where that gun is best suited for example don't bring a thunder into that... city map that i forget the name of and don't bring a flamer into a place like massicur its just bad tactics

 

lol i use railgun every time when i play CTF/TDM or DM and have no complains about it, because im considered as very good marksman, before engaging someone in close, i shoot him/her from cover then come out and finish the job. for example - 2shots from m3 railgun can kill any armor, except if the player is not on drugs or has mammoth installed! M3 railgun maximum damage was 87 i think, so adding another 87 will get you 174 damage to tank

There's a huge difference between M1 Twins and M2 Twins and a substantial difference between M2 and M3. At M3, Twins is more likely to make people with light tanks miss than at M2 or M1. Also the damage is greater, therefore, taking less time in killing the enemy. People who don't perform well with M0 Twins because of its incompetent firepower are usually good with M3 Twins. For example: SalvadorSTM is good at using Thunder but he has M1 Thunder, if he's given the crystals to get M3 Thunder, he is more likely to kill people than using a M1 Thunder.

I only use M2 Thunder with M3 Titan, and when a no skill Twins/freeze attacks, I just shoot the wall next to me, killing myself, but making sure nooby twins players get no points.

 

 

I don't why Twins are "Awesome". I win almost every match (deathmatch) with my Thunder, and Twins players do quite poorly.

I'm a rail / thunder / isida guy and twins are so annoying to me but I found some tricks out on the way (: I think tanki needs twins they are perfect the way they are, twins are like the machine gun of tanki.

People with Twins can't stay in one place because they have short range' date=' so be aware of that, they will ALWAYS be on the move. So be prepared when some random person jumps out in front of you and start raping you with Twins. Just stay somewhere where they must expose themselves over a long distance so that you get to shoot them before they can shoot you. For example, if you camped on the ramp part of FK II all the Twins that come through the middle door would be most likely get killed because their position is bad compared to yours. You have higher ground and they are on the slope, which makes it harder to aim because of the angle. And keep shooting the sides of the tank so that they'll have a hard time aiming.[/quote']

i love how twins try to knock my off my aim when im using rail gun that usally never happens :D oh and when twins are close to u just move away if they are noobs they would just stay in one spot

All Twins have is knockback. The turret does low damage despite of its high firing rate and unlimited ammo. Practice to get better, like get someone to shoot you with Twins and try to shoot them back with Smoky or Thunder. Remember, practice makes perfect. :wink:

twins with infinite meters (eg.rail has infinite) would be something to complain about

Their turret turns so fast you have to freeze them for longer before you circle them without them catching up

Twins are weak at range, so that's why you have a railgun or smokey - both are deadly against this weapon, especially railgun, excels at range, twins don't.

They can't damage you when you hiding. I saw strange thing I'm with twins and my enemy with twins he was very accurate but didn't does damage for me and was destroyed.

 

The advise:

Sniper never win with automate and storm man never win with with sniper. Just select weapon the with which you can use best. I never win with railgun, only with twins :-)
