Hi ,In off-topic discussion there are conversation Club for every country where you can meet your own country members and other country members and can chat with them.

Game Chat (Lobby)  is the best place to meet new people.I don't think its right to make a new topic where you could find friends.There Are Conversation Clubs where you could find new friends...

It is a very strange club.  B)  We make friends :)  then we kill them  ;)  over and over again.  :huh:  It  matters not how fast you run and how slow your adversary might be but they will always track you down and.........kill you :o with Double Damage! :wacko:

There's already a place for this - Conversation Clubs. Make sure you read the rules before the make one :)

@phantom_destroyer, just take a look at the different sections and topics of the forum and reply to topics you like, interact with other tankers and visit the conversation clubs like others have mentioned. You'll make new friends in no time!
