this is the worst update ever now a kit with a paint with no protetcion cost 450k like raiden i was saving for bullozer but now its gonna be 500k

Tanki there is not enough space between the shield icon and the protection percentage, if some one has 30% protection gainst my turret I can't quickly read if it's 30 or 20 or 50 because the first number is partially inside the shield icon, fix this please

Can somebody explain to me what was the reason behind changing the prices of the paints?? For example, prodigy now costs only 55k while the tiger paint costs 500k .... I dont understand why

Even though I hate this update, here's a life hack for y'all:

"Shift / Command + R" keeps that chart thing visible until you press "R" again.

All I know about this update, is from this topic. So in case I'm wrong, please take my apology.

Till now, some paints had protections from 4 turrets, such as africa. Some of these are super overpowered. From now on, you can't get a module with 4 protections. So those, who have these legacy modules, have better garage. New players (only new modules) vs old players (all legacy modules). Not balanced, right?

Well, devs had to add something new to keep players playing. Many already have full m4 garages, nothing left to buy. As long time ago, MUs were added, because you needed just few millions for full garage. MUs added few millions (about 30, calculate it yourself, I'm lazy :P), later hammer, vulcan, new paints, XT's... You needed way less for full garage 2 years ago. It's all about economics, because they need to keep all those generalissimos playing.

Ugh, this was not meant to be wall of text. I should stop writing :/

wait just a minute back in V-Log 93 when this all started they said that there would be modules for tier 4 ..now there is none.. that's not right

and yea i have been against this update from the start complaining about paint cost and other thing would go up in prices..

 

if the Dev's say players are all for this think again .. i was on before this update started and even then we said it was not going to be good for players ..i understand 2.0 was scrapped and now your trying to make tanki merge into tanki X which is over priced and not interesting at all.. for the premium pass dev's never said we would loose the protection on it .. and last night the way it was said kits protection along with specialty paints would also loose out on this up date...

 

so i want to know Dev's how can you sit back and say this update is good for tanki..i want to know.. and please no mods on this one..

For paints,now after this update only the looks matter.e.g. clay paint isnt that much shiny so its only 10k while the bright emerald is 370k

You know what? This is actually extremely disrespectful tbh. Look, I like to remain optimistic and I really like Cedric and his quirky ideas but this ... this is just a shocking update. The worst bit is how all the people who committed themselves to this game get completely stuffed over in the bargain. So now, Helper paint is no protection (....). Even the people with Silver and Gold, etc. they worked unbelievably hard to get those paints and now they don't even get protection? This is ridiculous ....

 

Another thing is how you have removed the protections from Premium paint ...

The paint is surely one of the most expensive things that come with Premium. I'm not one to support buyers but now they really don't get much advantage without that paint. Come on, Tanki ...

 

My suggestions:

1) Make modules for ALL paints. I feel like the price of the module (m) + the price of the paint (p) should be equal to the original price of the paint (before the update). Or in other words; m+p = original price of paint. Eg. Zeus used to cost 250k so 230m+20p = 250k (crystals).

 

2) Keep all kits at the exact same price and make each kit include both, the module and the paint. For example, Stormbringer costed 422,400. I feel like it should remain at the same price and include both, the module and actual paint.

 

3) It's also kinda annoying pressing the R button. I think a new hotkey should be made ... as it's at an inconvenient location.

 

If these three tips are followed, this update will be one of the best, yet. If they aren't implemented, this update won't be great.

when i first heard about the update i thoiught they wo9uld do it like when a buy a kit or a paint we have its protecion aswell and we could swap it with another paints protection which we already have 
and tht would of beeen awseome but now im starting to hate this game after update
