Yeah, sure... They will make their decisions now and then read our essays for fun? Need some pop-corn?

No, they will read our essays later and if needed - roll out another update to make necessary changes. For example I can tell you for a fact that some feedback has already been considered by devs (I saw them post about it on RU forum), such as the problems for snipers, problems with kits and the fact that the logic they used to make some prices more valuable than others is flawed.

the simplest and best solution is that you conduct a poll asking " do you want this update " if more than 50% tankers say no then remove it , if more than 50% tankers say yes then keep it and modify it to whatever u think is the best

Well...What a money move you spend months and months saving for the kit you wanted like for me I wanted the "atlas kit" But now it's ruined for me thanks tanki! And thanks for all the moderators who have been biased and unfair these past months...I see no point anymore I have gotten the same responses from all the chat moderators on the forums and in chat! So why not #BringBackTanki

My suggestion is that the Tanki Online developers open the "mass server open testing" server and themselves test out the Paint Separation and DM Tournament Updates because they cause huge amounts of lags and other glitches.

In my opinion I find this update quite useful and desirable except for the fact where Zeus now costs the same amount as an XT...

In my opinion, paints should be costing much less now as they don't have their protections attached to them. Before the update, I bought many paints, some of which I don't even find attractive but only useful due to their attributes. I think the most suitable solution to this would be another re-balance, don't you guys think it's time for another one? Been AGES since the last one. With another re-balance we'd be able to buy the paints that we ACTUALLY find attractive and also buy the protections that we wanted from those ugly paints.

I'm just trying to narrow it down, that's all. It's impossible to keep track of all the text in all these pages. I need to condense it into point form, THEN I can elaborate on it.

93ec12f5d7d2449a86584a5022afd1dd.png My only disagreement is that the premium account's update was pre-decided from devs  for the people who purchased it , they should have this 15% protection against everything and now with this update the paint element is totally useless. I recommend as we pay for the premium accounts, for the period we pay put a protection module that has 15% against everything as it needs to be on this update and it could be removed automatically when the premium period is ended ( and added automatically as well when we buy premium account again) as it used to be when we were paying for it. Re-consider that please and thank you for understanding.

Hello , i want ask about paints why its become so expensive and when i buy it its does not protecte , shoud buy a model of protection ??

 

2 - if this update is temopraly of will back to old version of of paints

 

3 - i dont like new update how can i vote for returen to old one

all paints no longer have protection .. you need to buy a tier or module each module will have different protection .. some are 1 / 2 ./ 3 / 4 ..

 

once you have your protection each unit has its one section for freeze / thunder / rail and so on .. it will also give u a % stating how much protection you have in order to get more you can either buy another tier or upgrade what you have ..

 

all they really have done is put it all into one package instead of many like in the past turrets had there own protection next to hulls / and paints..

Yes, they used this opportunity to get more revenue from paints. But it doesn't affect you, does it? The super expensive 500k paints exist only for buyers and give no advantage in battles, so the fact that developers did this does not make the game in any way worse for you.

OK guys, how about you comment on this. Here's my personal list of what's good and bad about today's update:

 

Pros:

  1. Allows you to use any paint in any battle
  2. Removes the need to memorize a bunch of protections but older players have done it the hard way and honestly after a month or so in Tanki, it is generally easy to do it
  3. Makes previously useless paints usable again +++
  4. Simple display mechanism for enemy tank details (just takes getting used to)
  5. Finally able to see other players' MUs this one is either a pro or a can, depending on your MUing habits :P
  6. Instantly possible to see all players with protection from your turret as soon as you enter a battle (instead of having to visually check their paints individually)
  7. Chat mods' icons visible in Tab list
  8. Adds more "exclusive" content to the game for players, who want to look good and show off
  9. Removes OP factor of Premium paint's 15% protection on low ranks (something hundreds of players complained about when premium was added)
  10. Apparently now you automatically get 0/10/20% Railgun protection when you enter a format battle, regardless of what module you have equipped and whether or not you have the module at all! apparently I didn't come across this until you posted :lol: makes XP/BP much more accessible

Cons:

  1. Kits are too expensive because of useless paints - will be fixed when the next set of kits gets released I had suggested a possible replacement of the paint with a module, in kits
  2. Too hard to see information from R key when too many tanks are in one spot. +, and what about the "sudden ambush" kind of scenario in CTF? one won't have enough time to press R and see whom to preferably shoot at, but that's perhaps a boon for attacking players
  3. Hard for snipers to know what protection distant enemies have - might be improved in future well,  can't think of any other remedy except for display of the protection in scope mode
  4. Paints too expensive - nobody is forcing you to buy them and they don't give any advantage in battle one bonus I can think of is that a few of  the camo paints are cheaper than before
  5. Lags - this is caused by players constantly switching between battles, lobby and garage to test the update. It will most likely subside as players gradually calm down

How do eSports players with a paint like Silver get a protection module for it? So winning eSports paint is useless now?

Q: What will happen to eSport paints like Silver, Champion or the Helper paint?

The current owners of these paints will be receiving Protection Modules as follows:

  • Owners of the Champion Paint will receive a module with 25% resistances against all turrets and mines
  • Owners of the Silver Paint will receive a module with 20% resistances against all turrets and mines
  • Owners of the Bronze Paint will receive a module with 15% resistances against all turrets and mines
  • Owners of the Acid Paint will receive a module with 20% resistances against all turrets and mines
  • Owners of the Star Paint will receive a module with 15% resistances against all turrets and mines
  • Owners of the Helper Paint will receive a module with 20% resistances against all turrets and mines

In their case the corresponding Protection Modules mentioned above will work in exactly the same way as before. Once these players' are no longer eligible for these special items, the corresponding paint as well as the special Protection Module will be removed from that player’s garage.

PLEASE REMOVE THIS UPDATE! BECAUSE FIRST OF ALL NO ONE LIKES IT.

SECOND: I DON'T LIKE IT.

THIRD: WE CAN'T PLAY BECAUSE EVERY BATTLE WE JOIN EVEN IF OUR PING IS LOW AND FPS IS PERFECT WE WILL STILL LAG ALOT IN BATTLES LIKE IF WE HAD 999 PING PLEASE REMOVE THIS MAKE TANKI GREAT AGAIN!

i culd be an awesome update but i was saving up for zeus paint not for how it looks but for protection and now there is no paint from fire freaze smoky :/ i want to it wuld be 1 of protections that i culd buy will old paints protection be able to buy sometime?

The paints like Zeus, Lumberjack and Africa are now far too expensive for players to buy. Most of the paints in Tanki Online are now far too expensive and they break the balance of the game.

 

If this keeps going on, Tanki Online will lose players and I will also leave and stop playing Tanki Online.

Those two updates listed above have brought with them mayhem, turmoil and destruction for Tanki Online. I suggest either that the developers fix those two updates or remove them completely.

 

Micro upgrading paints cost 10 times more in total than the price of purchase and that is an incredibly huge waste in crystals for players. What those two updates also brought in Tanki Online is price inflation and economical destruction as well as totally damaging the balance of Tanki Online.

 

Also, I have seen today 14/072016 players use all turrets and they all lag and cannot destroy other players when shooting. Tanki Online, in my point of view is in the verge of shutting down because of so many bugs, technical glitches and huge, huge, huge lags.

Hahahha, this is laughable. Bulldog kit unlocks, if I am not mistaken, at Master Sergeant. Bulldog used to cost about 42k, which was just about affordable. Now what does it cost? 115 555 crystals. Really? At Master Sergeant? But luckily, some kits have become crazily cheap compared to before, as well.
