They will not return crystals like that.
they will only give you crystals if the battle timer was Glitched (stuck)
I once tried to return my crystals like this also providing the fullscreen of game, but they said they dont do refunds on these kind of stuff

If you have proof that you've been kicked out of the battle because of a fault at Tanki's end, you can send an email to help@tankionline.com and ask for the lost crystals. If you cannot provide proof, there is no way you can get the crystals unfortunately.
