Percent off Hulls and Turrets and Paints gone ?

What happened to the perks I once had for buying crystals? I used to get up to 30% off my Turrets, Hulls, and Paints for spending money with the game. When I expect this to be reinstated with my account?

Buying crystals has never given you a garage discount of any sort. Garage discounts are not connected to buying crystals.

Discounts can occur in three forms:

 

- Personal discounts and test drives (appear randomly);

- Discounts for owning multiple Hulls/Turrets of the same modification (does not apply to paints);

- Scheduled discounts for special events.

 

Perks that come with buying crystals:

 

- Days of premium;

- Bonus crystals for buying in a package;

- Double amount of crystals for the same price with the Double Crystal Card.

Then it was from having multiple hulls and turrets, which came from spending numerous crystals (bought or earned). At any rate the percentages are no longer there. The percentages were implied to be into infinity, not contingent on an update. 

 

When will these percentages be reinstated?

Most likely you can't see them because you have every hull and turret available at your rank m2 already. Once you rank up, you should see a discount on Shaft and Firebird. Aditionally, you won't receive any discounts on m3 equipment yet, because you don't have m3 equipment yet.
