So i just tried to submit a report for a guy that was using an alt account to mult and somehow it was denied.

This picture is enough proof to determine that he was either using an alt account to mult because he was able to read our team chat or he was hacking. I will let people decide if this guy was breaking the rules or not.

You need to submit a clear and unedited video of that player multing, providing a screenshot won't give a sufficient proof.

Both of you the picture is enough proof even if it is not a video the guy is able to read team chat which he should not be able to see and is breaking the rules in some way which is a clear violation

No, it isn't. How do we know that he wasn't just trolling? To me, the only bannable offense is profanity in that chat. Sorry but without a video, this guy ain't getting banned for multing.

There is no clear proof that the player is able to read the enemy team chat, he could have said that just because his team was winning and he wanted to brag.
