declined Add M1 option in XP/BP formats

I have rail m1 and hornet m1 so whenever i want to play a xp/bp match you cant play with m1 equipment and when you post a link so many people in normal format battle bring other equipment than xp/bp so please help

The idea of M1 xp/bp was often rejected.. and the given reasons were that

- the pro pass costs are too high for M1 ranks and so noone would play it

- the M1 gear would not be competitive with M3

 

well the pro pass prices were finally adapted to the ranks

and the idea this topic here was started with, is that the game mode should work like xp/bp M1/M2 and xp/bp M2/M3

I actually see not so many obstacles any more.. but of course it's up to the developers.

If you could play M1 xp/bp, and combine this with another option to select the specific supplies allowed, to make only Nitro allowed, then it would actually play very similar to the old xp/bp. (given reload times and such). 

 

I wonder if it is possible to enable players with M2 and M3 xp/bp to join such battles, but automatically "downgrade" their equipment to M1. That way you could play with your friends who can't afford a second xp/bp combo besides their main one at the higher modifications.

The possibility exists for sure.

You for sure remember the introduction of the DR (Dictator Rail) format, I think it was last year. There they've done something very similar - they simply auto-equipped a certain alteration to the tanks and turrets, so that they had exactly the stats they needed to have for the format. Those alteration can not be purchased, but it is auto-equipped if you join with the allowed gear for that game-mode.

 

There is no technical obstacle to "downgrade" your equipment.. but I've to say it's kind of hard to play with slower equipment if you are used to the good ones.. and I fear it maybe reduces the wish to rank up faster in your low ranked friends. As skipping time in Tanki means cash income for Tanki.. this is maybe not the desired choice of the dev's (just some speculation).

buyer keep this game alive.. they are important.The problem arises if buyers get a massive advantage in power for their money (gold boxes - a better example for selling stuff - give only 1k crystals per 1 USD, so they give only a little power.. instead they give a lot of fun, fame, acknowledgement, . .to their spender).

Your damage is a nice thing, but your rotation, speed and acceleration make you like a sitting duck that will be blasted of the battlefield.

 

I'm pretty sure you would share that view if you would be high ranked and able to play vs M3 tanks in xp/bp on RU1.

I would like to suggest the idea of bringing a tier system into format battles as, if we want to play in a certain format we cannot do that unless and until we have m2 equipment and above, but at lower ranks that is not an option as no one has m2. Suppose if You are playing rail-hornet-wasp (XP/BP) in a sandbox CTF match at lower ranks with m1's or m2's, some ***** just pops out of nowhere with a viking smoky and spoils the whole game. If we have a Tier System for format Battles, then we could go into the battle even without m2's.

These are the tiers i suggest-

Tier 1-M0-M1

Tier 2- M1-M2

Tier 3- M2-M3 (standard format battles)

Please consider this idea

Every rookies started to enjoy the playing of xp/bp. 

Developers need to add xp/bp mode for the rookies. We can't play with mammoths and thunders. A battle field only with xp/bp should be there. 

 

Some russians come to battle field to ruin the game play. Some determine to play till the last for ratings. Some may leave due to this reasons. 

 

This helps in harvest kills.
