I decided to open this thread to help fellow Tankers with their homework :)

 

Before posting anything in this thread, make sure you are not asking for answers to any test or assignment. This thread is for the sole purpose of HELP. Also, keep in mind that I am an eighth grader. So please only ask for help with homework that is for my grade level, or below.

How many genders are there?

For humans there are two genders - male, and female.

 

Transgender or gender fluid/asexual people are not a different gender, they just choose to not identify with just one gender.

Q. A person travels 6km north then 3km West and 4km North. Find his displacement and distance travelled.

Q. Define momentum.

Q. Derive the first equation of motion, v=u+at.

Lol, read the OP (only grade level 8 or below )

 

2: distance travelled is 13 km, and displacement (distance from starting point) will be about 10.44 km

3: mass times velocity (mv)

 

For the other questions, Google knows best

1. a^3 + b^3 = (a+b)(a^2-ab+b^2)

 

2. He travelled 13 km in total, but the amount of distance from his starting to his ending point is (using Pythag) sqrt(3^2 + 10^2) = sqrt(109). I think that's what you mean by "displacement", but idk I thought it meant the volume taken up by a solid object submerged in a fluid that would otherwise have been taken up by said fluid.

we know that, change in velocity/time is acceleration. which can also be stated as derivative of velocity with respect of time when the time is approching 0. so dv/dt=a integrating both sides we get [integration limit]v=at.

now lets say initial velocity was u and final was v. so just put the values and get v-u=at.

2. O.o √109 is the displacement, u are correct.. Not about fluids :D

I think is this:

a^3 + b^3 = a + b = 3 + 3 = ab6

I'm probably wrong :c

LOL yep I read ur instructions Sir.. But I didn't want grade 8 or below to answer stuff they didn't know, I was seeing if there were any kids who were 9th or above like me :lol: Anyway sorry.

Yes

 We know ,

 

a = v-u

     -----

        t

 

Then , at=v-u

Finally , v=u+at

Q. A) Show that (a-b)^2= a^2-2ab+b^2

B.) (Time) T=90 sec

(Radius) R=4500 km

Find: Distance travelled.

(Take π=22/7)
