i cecked if my report has been accepted but its not posted yet. Then i came across this site http://en.tankiforum.com/index.php?showtopic=267487

This issue doesnt effect me but it may effect others.

This intruction how to report hacker asks kids to break YouTube rules.

There are players under 13 but you cant make youtube channel under 13 years.

That means player cant report if under 13 years old?

Not Tanki Rules, but YouTube Rules, so it is their own responsability. For Tanki Online, you MUST NEED a video as proofs for certain violations, no more no less, so you have to deal with it or complain to YouTube since our Rules on how to report users WILL NOT be changed.

It's your own choice to make. Here, in TO, we have specific Rules that won't change, so it is up to you to find a deal between your age and YouTube, not with Tanki.

In conclusion, I believe that Tanki are asking kids to break the YouTube rules.

I don't think that Tanki have said you must post a YouTube video, AND be under 13 years of age. So they are not asking people to break the rules. It just so happens that many people who play Tanki are less than 13 years old, and they are not obliged to make a channel. Tanki require video evidence, and if the 13 year old rule is in YouTube, Tanki have no control over it and can not change it.

Risk? Well being dumb enought to say where you live. Its against youtube rules to be under 13 years and make channel...

All of them break rules.

I dont need to visit -18 websites because i havent seen any where you cant be 18 years or older. ive seen 18+ websites but i dont need to visit them.
