Problem: i didnt receive my euro 2016 reward from poll, but i received reward from paint (25 supplies)

i picked germany on poll so my reward should be 15000 crystals but i still didnt get them

I got my crystals on july 17 but i want to see opinion of other people.

Tech Support is not unhelpful, you just contacted the wrong "person". If you spent some time reading the Forum, you would have noticed that if you did not get the rewards related to EURO2016 poll you had to send a PM to ME, not to the Tech Support.

 

It is obvious for them not to be able to process your request — they did not administrate such contest, while I did.

Heh, I pm'd the above moderator about this and was accused by HIM of being a liar. Apparently the datebase says I received the crystals, but I never did.

 

Last time I will ever take part in such an event.

Please note that lying and misinforming IS NOT TOLERATED. I already told you so and my colleague did the same. Our system of sending rewards logs all the crystals transfers from and to accounts, so we have logs showing that you indeed got such crystals.

 

Instead of spreading false information, you should be more careful about your facts, sorry.
