I'm pretty sure that you buy these paints with real money, not like XT items, which you can buy for crystals even if you got 3 hours of prem for free from a mission.

this is how Tanki is now going everything will be bought .. why spend more money to a company that ignores the players who pay there bills .. all they want is more , more , more . more .......etc...'

 

there never going to be happy they need to stop and see where there wasting there own money and one area to look into are the Dev's .. they come up with these hair brain ideas that in about 6 months to a year they change them .. so far the only thing i have seen stay for over a year and that was when they removed crystal drop box's everything else turns out to flop in there laps .. there wasting time and money on useless updates .. work on making this game the way it was .. we all enjoyed it.. oh wait  i can see what the future will be .. is there wont be any more tanki ...but it will all be merged into one game ...so sad to see ...

Developers don't all work on the same thing at once. Some work on Tanki X, some work on new updates for Tanki Online and some work on fixing lags. Different people are responsible for fixing lags and making new updates, so if the devs didn't work on this shop, it would NOT speed up the "fixing" of lags.
