Not anytime soon. New turrets and hulls are incredibly complicated to implement. Remember, even a small change can have big repercussions on a game, let alone something major like a new turret or hull.

My thoughts on this update

 

Okay, so let's do the shop first, then the paints.

 

The Shop:

I don't really know much about the shop, or did, because I don't buy. But I did know that you used to be able to choose the amount of money you wanted to spend, and not buy the package with the extra crystals. Now there's none of that. It is a bad thing to some who did that, but I don't see it that bad as I would expect it were wiser to buy the package with the extra crystals anyway.

 

The Paints:

The paints aren't exactly 'brand new,' but they did bring back some pretty cool old holiday paints, which I always said I wish I could keep. Now, I'll be going through every paint saying if I'd buy them or not for the price their at, and what price I'd be willing to buy them with protections, along with what protections I think they should have.

 

Regular paints:

 

Night:

Night is a really cool looking paint, which I probably buy. It was previously known as the holiday paint for Halloween 2014 and is just to epic to look at for to long. For me (my rank), it's pretty cheap, but for the rank it comes available at, not so cheap. As well as many other paints for the low ranks, it's just out of price range, 35 000 crystals is to much for them. These guys might as well play to Major before buying a decent looking paint.

I suggest you change it to a lower price (Well, absolute idea is take away the module update, but that ain't happening).

If it had protections it, I imagine it with protection from Vulcan and Isida, and it should cost then around 7 000 crystals.

 

Pixel Heart:

Pixel Heart is just a bad looking, paint and it should cost what it does xD
If it had protection, I'd like to see protection from Thunder and Railgun, and it should cost 10 000 crystals.

 

Soft Flower:

No words, but it should have protection against Railgun and Freeze and cost 30 000

 

First Love:
First Love is the old In Love which looks ten times better then the current one, but I wouldn't buy it for 110 000 crystals. I'd buy it for the same price as In Love with the same protections :P

 

Sweater:
Sweater is 2105s Christmas holiday paint, it looks nice, but not that nice. It should cost 35 000 to 40 000 without protections, and with protections, which I think should be Freeze and Shaft, should cost 5 000 less.

 

Space:

Space was a holiday for a weekend for some sort of space event I forgot. It's not even such a good looking paint which is why it definitely shouldn't be 180 000 being it's rated on looks. If it had protections I'd say it should have protections from Smoky, Isida, and Freeze. And if it did have those protections, it should cost around 55 000 crystals.

 

Premium Paints:

 

Frost:
Frost was a bit hit for Christmas 2015, because of how it looked and because of its protections. It's a real cool looking paint, but like all the other 'real cool' looking paints, it just shouldn't cost that much. No non-buyer would buy a paint for so much, no matter how cool it looked. I'd rather get 3 M3s for the same price...

 

Golden Star:

Not even good looking, and the rest, read the passage above: No non-buyer would buy it.

 

What My thoughts are overall:

The Shop doesn't change anything to me, I never bought crystals in my life, and for some unknown reason, I'm blocked from buying, but that's a different story.

The Paints don't really either matter since they make no different in gameplay to me, and if I want to buy the paint, I will, and if I don't, I won't. It's not like I have some goal of owning everything in the garage and this update made it so much harder. I know I can't do that, for as in a years time, I'll probably be done with Tanki and be in a dorm without internet access.

First part isn't a problem because you don't see the name of the player until you get within a certain distance and same goes for the 'r'.

but atleast u get to know that there is a sniper there, and u also know WHERE EXACTLY. cause hunting for a green tank among those massive ferns isnt child's play :O ;)

Looks like US buyers get more crystals for their cash.  I like that.

 

As for he new paints.  I like them too, but I'm not really drawn to any single one of them.  I like space for reasons I can't disclose here.  Golden Star has a lot of promise but needs more luster - it looks sort of flat.  Frost looks good in the garage but the frost pattern doesn't apply well to my Viking - just looks sort of mottled and blue.  Don't get me wrong - I do like that they are adding to the game.

 

Paint prices are still crazy, but not losing sleep over that.

Not quite, but I believe the mechanism will be reworked soon to be more practical.

Hmm...

So, the new paints are in the garage. Good to go. I like them, but I won't be trying to get them soon. Such can wait.

 

The shop is good. Not really what I was expecting. I don't appreciate the hype. I was expecting more.

 

As long as glitches and fatal errors aren't many times higher like most substantive updates, I'll be good with this update. Please watch for those glitches, bugs, and fatal errors and get them fixed quick.

space reminds me a lot like Zeus .. one has circles the other lightening bolts

 

i'm still wanting to see more paints like teal in colors or even something other then orange color paints ..there not impressive on a tank..

 

price wise we knew it would have been over the top most lower ranks can't afford them and for the higher ranks well if they don't pay for them then it would take a long time to get them ..
