Payment problems?

Did Tanki reduce the methods of payment?? I usually pay by MOL points but it seems that the option is not listed anymore?

 

I do not want to pay by Credit Card.

 

 

Update: Paypal.

Yeah, with PP, there is some kind of "Tax" system.

 

Other than PP, I could use "Alipay" but it will be annoying because you need bank account details and all that. :mellow:

 

I always paid by MOL points because it was much simpler.

I wanted to try with paysafe card but it says that the method is not available in my country (Croatia) which is funny because before the update i could buy using this method.

Since developers today implemented a new feature called SHOP, maybe later this payment options will be implemented or better to say restored. Perhaps developers are still working on the new SHOP feature, and maybe therefore this payment options are unavailable at the moment.

check your account, that it is linked to tanki ..see if your card is not expired or if you have a card linked ..( i remove mine so if my account gets hacked it safe ) make sure you have $$ in your account to it ,, not saying you don't sometimes bills go threw and we forget ,,been there done that a number of times,, make sure other things are ok then contact tanki there is a link button on the bottom of there purchase page if you have issues and they will get back to you faster then tanki on line,, ( there over loaded with issues from the updates ) i have been waiting for 5 days  for my issues to be resolved ,,

I'm glad to hear that it has been solved.

As for Temur, if the crystals didn't get added after the server restart, contacting the tech support is the best way to go.
