Reporting Game & Chat Viloations - POINTLESS

Its becoming very pointless and a waste of time to report anything about in game and chat violations. There's always an excuse from the moderator that the image quality is too bad. I take my screenshots in 1080p FULL HD and then get told my image is bad quality? WTH? Why report anything then. Maybe if the mod or whoever monitors these reports needs to zoom in because whatever browser they use, the browser will adjust the image to fit the screen and make the image look like bad quality... If you right click on the image and view full screen you can see the image clear and perfectly! Who monitors this and are they aware of the image sizing in a browser?

This is pathetic and weak and poor! Unless the moderator is friends with the people being reported and come up with some sad and pathetic excuse!

@jazzysa, I suggest you to avoid being so easy-going in accusing peoples you do not even know and also in relation to a job you are not even aware of how it works, slander is not well tolerated, trust me.

If your reports were declined, they have been declined for valid reasons, nothing else. None of the Mod / Admin reached his / her place by giving favours to friends, but by being unbiased and equal to everyone.

 

Also, I just checked your latest reports: you tried to report an hacker using some screenshots — that is plain nonsense. For all kind of Game Violations (hackers, mults, sabouteurs) you MUST PROVIDE a VIDEO, nothing else.

For what concern Chat Violations' reports, be sure to follow the procedure on "how to report a chat violator" correctly.

Listen to me bro, I've reported ~300 violations so far in the past 2 years, +30 GameViolations [hackers]...30 account blocked, 290 banned from chat. Didn't notice any problem.

I agree that's how it should be.  It isn't.

 

 

Requirements for screenshots:

 

Sabotage

 

Deliberate inactivity: it is necessary to provide 4 to 7 screens of battle’s statistics with delays of 3 to 5 minutes per screenshot

 

 

Interfering player's own team: it is necessary to provide a series of screenshots, which clearly show that the player systematically interferes the battle.

Recommended amount of screenshots is  5 to 7.

 

Hacking

 

The screenshots must clearly show that a player is using third-party software. Please remember that game chat is an indirect evidence and we cannot make a decision only chat.

Thank you for your concern but if you wish to report moderators' actions or wish to provide feedback on certain moderation processes feel free to contact an appropriate administrator via forum PM. Creating topics to address and/or discuss moderators' actions is forbidden as per game rules.

 

As said by my colleague Issho above - moderators as well as administrators attain their position by remaining unbiased and just to all. Moderators are never in favor of their friends when it comes to their duty in the game; when it comes to moderators' work, a friend is treated as anyone else in his/her place would be i.e. as a player.
