we can't buy kits (

well once u are generalissimo , no kits will be available to that rank.

well since tanki has launch the new update, protection module is really expensive to all ranks including generalissimos,

i think tanki should allow generalissimo to buy m3 kits aswell without protection modules, at least can have an extra m3 combo for defense...

Well , I checked out all the protection modules and I came the point that there is no protection module which give 20% protection from railgun.  So new members can't play XP ( M2 hornet ), which needs 20% from railgun. Please Note this.

I totally disagree with the removal of wasp protection

Wasp users also DESERVE that advantage as they pay a lot more for their hull, compared to a cheap hornet

Xp/bp was balanced before, but if you go into a battle now, u will see that the number of bp users have dropped to below 50% of what they were last week

About wasp its fair that is without 10%, is much faster, smaller and with it you can dodge a lot of shots, when hornet is bigger and slower.

Well , I checked out all the protection modules and I came the point that there is no protection module which give 20% protection from railgun.  So new members can't play XP ( M2 hornet ), which needs 20% from railgun. Please Note this.

You don't need 20% protection to take part in XP battles anymore with rail and hornet m2

It will automatically be set as you enter the battle

When I was m2 xp, I wasted like 40k crystals to enter the xp/bp battles

Life is much easier for you all now

Idk.. I guess Wasp isn't that much of a problem, but they should at least reduce the chance of 1 shot. Coz it already happened many many times that in team battles when we both have enemy flags, i lose the flag just because of the 1 shot.

 

If hornet goes after me, even if i shoot him first he can 1 shot me and return the flag...

hello tanki developers.....all about the $$$$$$ yet again. BUT i understand that ... your a business and you have to make money. BUT here is the thing, 1 paints should be free are at least cap the price for all of them to say 10,000 cry. 2 i think you should bring out a module where you can choose what protections you want from say 4 guns. price for that say 500,000 cry ,protection starting at 35%. 3 ditch the r key its hard enough at gizmo level when your battling the enemy and holding down an extra key gives your opponent a couple of seconds advantage over you while your trying to figure out just what protection he has against you. 4 there are to many modules scrap half of them and give us modules with 4 protections instead of three. 5 as always only those players with money to spare are going to benefit from the new updates, giving them an unfair advantage over other players who cant afford the protections are the ridiculous amount of cry it takes to upgrade.6 the time it takes to upgrade some protections is way to long especially if you cant afford the speed ups.hope to see some changes soon. oh and one last thing.....GET RID OF THE STUPID LASER ON SHAFT.

well,I must say u got the core,or at least most of it about recent update..I only disagree with wasp part..you see,if I paid for wasp more,I expect something in return..not much,but still..wasp was fine as it was..nowdays is much weaker..sometimes I'm shot 5,6 or 7 times in a row and not being 1 shoted,but there are periods when I got 1 shoted 3-4 times in a row..

 

let's be honest here,we all know all updates are here to bring fresh income to devs,which is OK with me,but not in this way tbh..I'm lucky I have full garage for a long time,I got legacy modules which come in lot more handy then those new ones,not because of percentage,but mostly because they have lot better selection of protections,at least for me

 

new modules are,thb,BS..how the heck can I memorise all new names,especially with stupid names like they are now and all of their protections..with mine existing,legacy modules,it will take a lot of TIME (which we all know is crucial in balanced battles) to pick most suitable protection for me

 

well,this was just my opinion,and,once again,to OP,ty for an effort to create such a good article :)

 It means that tottal protection in Legacy modules was 100 percent

For Example: Graphiti was 50,25,25 from vulcan,twins and shaft.So,adding up all these means total 100 percent protection

All I can say is that ...This was a waste of our time as players complaining it all went on death ears.. nothing has or will change...

 

we all knew how this program worked you have been explaining about it since Oct 9 2015 ...and in open chat.. you turned your back on the players then and even now ... these prices don't measure up .. to be fair at all...

Dont wash our brains, this update is made for getting more money, not for us. These new modules are better than our old paints coz they have everything 35% and can be mued to 50%. Our old paints cant do that or only some of them can. This game is going downhill. They care only about money. There are also other companies that make games and want money but atleast they show little respect to the players.

Well i have 37% fir protection (Loam LGC) and its better than current modules if im vulcan in polygon...

What he is saying is that (I think) is that 35 + 35 + 35 equals 105. Every single M3 triple protection module is going to have 105% protection, when you add them together.

Cool, new update. also i know a cool thing that maybe should be added in tanki, its every time upgrade a hull or turrent once it will become 2% off

and if you upgrade it again it will become 4% off and you get what the rest is. pretty good thinking, right?

no you noob, the maximum protection for each turret is still 50%. there can be up to 3 protections, so 3*50 is 150. I can't believe how some people don't get things right.

i am fine with this update kinda :huh:  but the thing is most people like to buy kits; like they only buy kits, now with the new update its kinda not fair. The glaze kit should be 130k and thats a fair price for having no protection but what tanki did was they lowered the discount to 15% so the price of the glaze kit (and northner) is still 190k. i dont think this is fair because with that 60k i'm saving i could buy a decent m2 protection module instead of being vulnerable, the winter paint used to have 28(or was it 38)% shaft protection now we dont get that either. also another kit is the bulldog kit

i personally think that kit has the most unfair price. bulldog (m1 hammer and hornet) was 41k now its 115k then take a look at the fireworks kit (m2 hammer and hornet). the fireworks kit costs 155k  and it is an m2 kit the price difference is what 40k. also who could afford the bulldog kit at the rank range, most people have trouble getting at the rank of wo4 itself now u cant get the bulldog kit unless u pay for crystals, even then the guy is basically be scammed. i buy crystals but i don't spend my entire allowance on tanki and they should understand that.

 

SO if tanki can make the kit prices a bit more fair then a lot of people would be happier :D so if u could have a guy that can change the update read this post i would very much appreciate it.

You said some kits contains modules, some paints, and some both. I've scouted the whole section of kits and I haven't seen any kit that contains a module, yet alone a module and a paint.  All I see is paints. Is there anyway to find out which has modules, or could you tell us?

Well still in case of Xp/Bp Hornet is kinda step ahead cause it has more power and stability than Wasp......cmon for a hornet it is easy to  flip a wasp cause of tht impact force of railgun and it`s own power.....for a Wasp to flip Hornet you need to be either hitting him at a certain point where he is not moving and the second possibility is when he has released his shot and then you release ur shot ..just a difference of mili second in which due to its recoil hornet is still yet to land properly ..but you make is uneasy to do it and you flip the hornet......pfft this moment of flipping Hornet by Wasp is rare...I know wasp is fast but due to it...it is very unstable

To Balance the update for the removal of protection for Wasp in Xp/Bp you must :

1) Either reduce the power of Hornet by 25 or reduce it`s Stability so even a Wasp has much increased chances of flipping Hornet OR

2) Increase the Weight of Wasp and make it Stable so the chances of flipping Wasp gets lowered to what it is currently in the game

 

Atleast Wasp should get these changes ....or else even  though a Wasp is miles ahead of Hornet ...but is still in his vision...he is 60% more likely to be 1 shot BAIT
