Make new registered players to choose starting color
Green,red,white,blue,orange,black,metallic(it is "silver")
And then make price for green paint (e.g 50)
I hope you like this idea because it will help new players enjoy game more

This idea is not about what they can buy or cant but.... Something more.
For example i like to customize my account even before i start the game. I realy dislike the thing when its like- Play with that, what we give to you or leave.
Right now tanki looks like this in beginings.

The paints you suggest only cost 10-50 crystals and newbies starts with something like 500 crystals anyway (which can be easily increased to over 1000 by doing simple tasks), so it's not like they can't just buy a paint they want after they create the account.

Ofc if this gets added, green has to become more like lime and blue/red has to become more bright just like orange.

Then i would say, i would like it when im starting game.

I agree, players should get to chose one of the "little" paints to get for free, as they get it, other colours get price

I think that brightening them, especially the green, while looking really cool would actually be VERY VERY bad for gameplay.  Imagine a night time rio, then all of a sudden a bright lime green hornet tries to sneak through the raised side of the map. Never gonna happen. Right now the green basic paint gives pretty good camo, and now that paints cost a lot more that is gonna be the priority,  Even the blue paint isn't bad, and I already bought the black paint for use on night maps. I like the darkening the black though.

Well there is flora/forester/clay/dessert/sandstone and other paints what gives you a better chances of being not spotted than green does.

 

Im using those paints right now in game and in night maps it doesnt change almost anything.

it just cool looks and thats it. this lime colored tank even made me to use this color even tho i hate green afterall.

It's not a bad idea but you could just buy one of the paints for like 50 crystals when you have 500 crystals to start with(and get 200 crystals for buyiing something and 200 more for entering a battle). But I think this idea should be in game as a preference.

New players mostly dont know how to do it. This would be good for them, to customize account before they join. See this bolded quote up

Buying paints (and other stuff) is a huge part of the game. It's literally one of the first things the player learns how to do, so it's not exactly hard to figure out.

I think this idea will mitigate the Green paint as the main paint in Tanki, and will make new players not understanding that this is the default paint.

The latest vlog revealed that new players will soon be able to build their own tank when creating a new account, which includes selecting turret, hull and paint.
