Issho is a wiki admin and a forum moderator. This needs to be reported to a forum admin. I already PMed Cedric and Damn_Slow – the only two people who can assist this problem. Although I just realized, it's not as urgent as last time. Now it's just two guys, last time it was a whole team of guys...

That won't happen. He could have been using a VPN causing him to have any random IP which might actually belong to a honest player, so if we ban the IP it will have zero effect on the scammer, but other players (or potential players) might suffer from it.

^^^ Yep, incredibly easy to fake your location. The specific people that can see the IP I sent this from will see that the IP location is in Canada, which is nowhere near where I live.

Well, I'm still a Chat Moderator and still an "Admin" per definition, so I have the needed tools to kick these annoying scammers out of our lovely place, worry not :D

I'm quite sure you wouldn't need it though xD Mainly the low ranks who can be fooled ever so easily needed it. The fools though were the scammers. If I was a scammer (not giving it advice here but...) I would have sent the PMs only to lower ranks, and to lower ranks in the private chat, instead of posting it all over the forum for all the devs and admins to see.

Both forum accounts deleted.
 

It's likely that this will happen again at some point in the future, so we will do our best to provide a quick response. I must note that in this particular case the user(s) appeared to only do this for attention, rather than the typical scam reasons, so I strongly recommend that we simply ignore their topics, posts and PMs, since posting any kind of reply only gives them more incentive to continue. I appreciate your cooperation and our apologies for yesterday's incident taking so long to sort out.
