Change password error

Whenever i try changing password this happens

I have tried different passwords with same result.

Any ideas? :wacko:

I tried searching the forums for this and nothing showed up. Sorry if i missed another post!

In the email box have you entered an email which is already used by some other account?

I have not entered any email. As i do not have one lawl.

And on my other accounts without email the error does not show when i attempt to change the password.

Update: I attempted to try changing password on a new account and same error showed.

No email has been set on either.

Email account is necessary in order to change the password/passwords of your account/accounts. As @SHOAIB.ZAFAR said in one of the previous topic.

The first thing you should do is to create as many email addresses as much as you have accounts. Because of the fact: one account - one email address. If you do not have any email address at all. And then link all your accounts to a verified email addresses.

Keep in mind that one of the best ways to secure your account and keep it safe, is to link it to a verified email address

If you are still unable to change your password even after you successfully linked your account/accounts to a verified email address/addresses, please contact our Tech support at: help@tankionline.com

After a brief check Tech support will change your password/passwords

 

Do not forget: one account - one email address. So you will have to contact Tech support from each email address separately.

Im not actually aloud an email address until im 13 so ill have to wait a few months.

You can just link your account to your parent's email. Worry not, the game won't send any extra emails to the inbox.
