Old plain paints should be brighter.

Recommended Posts

DageLV it is evident that you have never served in the armed forces.  A radio operator in the field is the prime target and the person immediately next to them for a single reason.  Their whip antenna.  It is often referred to as a "Shoot Me First" beacon.  The same can be said about security professionals.  Their little tin badges make them target number one during a mass shooting event.  So, a brightly colored tank just oozes of "Shoot Me First" energy.  Than say a tank that blends into it's surroundings.  I am just saying.

Well. Dude. Have you seen paints orange, Grafiti? Premium? Africa? Zeus? Tiger and 90% other paints in tanki?

if you play on arena map, no paint is going to help you there, so you can use a bright paint with no remorse.

There is camouflage paint to suit shy tank.

There is bright paint to suit show off.

There is paint for parkour.

There are paints that's look like they come form Soviet union past and surely need some revamping.

Look in a gun fight there are some key elements to consider.  First, where is the closest cover and concealment.  Second, am I able to deliver an effective shot upon my intended target.  Third, am I able to move before my target returns fire to where I was?  Part of that first element is cover and concealment.  Cover is the solid objects that prevent he rounds from making contact with you.  Concealment is the breaking up of your silhouette to make you a difficult target to fire upon.  With proper concealment a Mammoth tank could effectively look like a Wasp.  The object is to blend into your environment.

Well the Green paint is the only one which, at the moment, actually could provide some concealment. The others don't exactly help you hide in a bush.

It depends how much brighter the paints will be though, and paints now are mostly used for aesthetic purposes, remember the update? So it does make some sense to make just these coloured ones brighter, and make them look nicer, they do not provide good cover anyway. Maybe green could stay the same, but that isn't up for me or you to decide.

Well i said Cedric about this idea. he said he will ask other developers. +i said few players like default green so that my suggested green can be as a new paint.

Adding paints isnt hard. As cedric said.

That railgun looks like a black hole. I would run if that monster was charging at me.

Blue, purple and gold or yellow don't look fierce at all. I know this is old but railgun is supposed to be the Fear Machine. So Scare some people!!!

Sorry but NO!

I choose Solid Green, Solid Black, or Solid White, Solid Silver... ALL THE TIME!! I choose them, for one reason!

I choose those colors to BLEND in with a specific surrounding I know I'm in!

Day time environment, with a lot of trees, I have Green.

Maps with LOTS of buildings, especially with Windows, I choose Black. Also chosen on any map at night!

Maps in snow, obviously White.

Maps with a lot of walls or concrete, like Brest or Monte Carlo, I choose Silver.

WHY? would I want these BRIGHTER? DARKER? And stand OUT? And contradict the purpose for using them??

NO!!!

Sorry. Did you read my yopic? im 100% that you didnt even read main post. Please read all of those posts too.

And you dont use paints with the most changes (Red Blue).

Darker might help you to blend in better at night mode.

bright white might help you better in snowy areas.

Current green is ugly looking cactus green and doesnt help you to blend in anywhere. Forester/flora those paints can help you better to hide.

A ive said multiple times, if player likes this cactus green paint, then maybe add new paint. (Bright green)

and those paints isnt too bright too.

Neither are humans...I would enjoy being able to customize paints though; especially since paints are priced based on looks rather than protection now...just saying...
