Buying Crystals Isn't Working

Ok, so I had a double crystal card yesterday... when 2 packs of $100 were attempted to be bought, (amounting to around 1.4m crystals,) apparently there was an error, and the system said that there was a possibility of fraud.  Not sure why this happened, although my bank account was locked for the past few days and was just opened recently.  However this was not a problem while buying currency in another game.  I complained to support and received an (automatic, I think) email saying that crystals should be credited after they have investigated, (usually taking less than 24 hours.)  However, I still have not received my crystals, (although it has only been around 14 hours,) BUT, my DCC is now gone, AND the charges to my bank account have apparently been removed.  Can someone explain things for me?

 

 

P.S The DCC is now gone.  A possible solution would be for me to just buy gift cards, and purchase crystals with that.  However, I would need another DCC... and I don't exactly want to wait another few weeks for that.

Well actualy i dont know if i should trust this payment section.

Once i bought crys worth 49.99 euros and got 920 000 crys. (DCC active)

But IG shop shows that, i should get only 400 000 crys (DCC active)

Thats what I said... I did this, and they responded with  the email that they were investigating and crystals would be credited within 24 hours.  But then the charges to my bank account were cancelled so I think that I WONT be receiving any crystals,,, and I lost the DCC.

Unfortunately, you will have to wait until you get another DCC. It doesn't have to be few weeks, i get it 2 days in a row sometimes.

Ok, thanks.  Basically the point of this thread was to ask administrators to either credit me the crystals and charge the account, or grant another DCC. 

 

Would it be possible to get an admin to respond to this?

Administrators can not sell you the crystals, nor they can san send you DCC

i would use the same past email they send you before due to this is a case number on your complaint..

 

now for the next time buying make sure you take a photo of the purchase in case this issue happens again.. and if you can instead of using your bank account to the system use something like pay pal or other company's this way you have a extra protection on you banking information  ..
