i didn't get my Tankidowntime crystals !

i already know what an admin will say, he will say "oh we already send the crystals, you just didn't notice" but the thing is, i did  a screenshoot of my account before, and i calculated the amount of crystals i got, and yes, my 5000 is NOT there,

you see i won the tankidowntime & tanki thinking challenge, but i only see the tanki thinking challenge prize, and when i played my daily missions i got 820 crystals on 1 mission  (im in 4week for the last 3 weeks or so), other missions got only drugs, and i played for an hour or so, so you can calculate for yourself that i didn't get my 5000 from tankidowntime, screenshoots are taken for before/after i did a full screenshoot for my screen so u can see that its not photoshoped or somthing.

 

calculations:

i had 242772 before i get any prize crystals yestaerday (you can check the date and the hour on my screen), and just to let you know, we have utc+1 in morocco (summer time) so the utc time is just 16:30 when i got this screeenshoot.

 

i had +800 crystals in one mission today, the others i got just drugs, i'm on week 4, check for yourself:

 

i had 10000 crystals as prize for being one of the 20 winners on tanki thinking challenge.

 

 

i played a few rounds, dont know how much i got in total, but its less than 3000.

 

lets ignore n4 and just calculate the first 3, we get a total of 252772, in my account u can see that i have 254599, so where is the 5000 ?

 

just to let you know, im not treying to scam tanki for crystals or something, i just want my hard earned crystals, i dont even need them, but whats mine is mine, and i have the right to ask for it.

 

just dont tell me that i didn't see the crystals after all this calculations & screenshoots admin, i know how lazy you are and all what you do is writing a short answer before closing the thread !
