I seem to be stuck in week 3 Mission rewards

Hello, 

 

So I'm stuck in week 3 Mission rewards.

 

The problem seemed to occur for me beginning on July 20th, 2016

 

 

At the time, I had thought that I just forgot to click on Claim Reward that day, however I follow a pattern where I take a screen shot of the completed mission and then click on the claim reward. I have been doing that ever since rewards were introduced as a way for me personally to keep track of how much I was receiving.

 

But evening missing only 1 day of missions shouldn't have sent me back a week. So I waited 7 days completing the weeks worth of missions. Which should have brought me back to Level 4 Mission rewards.

 

However that is still not the case as I remain at the Level 3 Mission rewards.

 

I also imagine that I'm not alone in this matter.

 

Please look in to this matter.
