Ingame hackers and trollers

I was recently playing tankionline when I saw that a person named biteme15 was trolling everyone on the blue team in the monte carlo map. I tried doing the classic /vote command but it didn't work. It said that "chat command sent and accepted" but nothing happened. Then I saw that he was jumping across the gap in between flags with a Viking m1 and no speed boost. I found this very disturbing that he pushed the rest of his teammates off the edge and no one was doing anything even after complaining. I want to know what I can do about this because this isn't fair. I am sorry that I couldn't take any pictures of it as my laptop doesn't have a screenshot option. I want a solution for this so that I see some result immediately. I suggest a ban or a heavy fine for this kind of issues.

From what I can understand, you encountered a saboteur. He can be penalised according to rules but you need to take a video proof and report such players in Game Violations section.

Chat command /vote is working when at least 25% of the players present in the battle report someone. Then moderators get a notification and join the battle to deal with the voted violator.

 

You can report a violator in Game Violations section, by providing a proof such as screenshots or video. But video is much more better and efficient proof than screenshots. But before you do that please read ****GAME VIOLATIONS SECTION RULES*****

Since you don't have any kind of proof of violation, your complaint can not be taken into consideration. And therefore player can not be banned.

Some players have already given you a detailed answer above. In this case, if you find a player using a hack to violate the game rules, either you will need to take a video or multiple screen shots while he is using the hack, and then use the /vote command. Videos provide better proof. Use the section link found above to report violations by hackers and saboteurs. Your report will be in consideration until the moderators decide upon the punishment based on the proof which you had provided and the rules of the game.
