Player don111_2015 has been banned for a MONTH. but my friend id is not unblocked and i hope admin unblock my friend account plz sir unblock this account and blocked date 21 Dec 2015 and know 1 August 2016 and my friend account not unblocked.

What was be blocked for? Hacking? If he was hacking the account will never be unblocked, that's the consequence for hacking.

If your friend thinks that he/she was banned unfairly, then he/she should contact one of the administrators in charge of his/her violation via PM. You can find all the administrators in the list of helpers.

First off, creating topics like this without first explaining your problem isn't allowed. Your topic sounds like spam asking for unknown things. Bans and blocks should always be discussed privately with the administrators. Or, you can discuss problems or issues with blocks with Tech support via help@tankionline.com. Either way, nobody gets banned or blocked for no reason, so there should be a reason given for the ban or block.

 

This section is for reporting technical issues and problems with the game, as is the forum. So, please do not create topics to discuss blocks or bans in the forum. That should be handled privately with the administrators.
