shaft Problem aiming

hallo

My question to administrators of the game.

Since you did last update to shaft with the sniper mode,  turret stuck when i go to sniper mode ! turret go or up or down but most of the time turret stuck and go up . so i need prass several times on up  button to release the turrent and until I can release the turrent i get killed.

This problem have not only to me I see this happening to other players also!!!!

 

 

I would like to have an answer to this problem and if you can check it and fix it.

It's probably just a bug for you, maybe you pressed any other key while holding space

Bug with shaft is when you turn your turret in scope mode and get killed, you will turn your turret anyways after respawn without pressing anything.

Its done this to me a few times.but i figured out that its not a bug but its happening cause my key is getting stuck! Next time this happens to you try tapping the UP or DOWN keys

Not only this bug, but the bug where you go into scope and the aimer just flies up into the sky - it's so aggravating especially when you know you'd be able to destroy someone.

You simply tap that key again and it's fixed, it's not a Tanki related issue.

It actually is a bug. This is what Serene wrote about it in the ★ Actual Problems & Solutions topic:

Shaft's turret jams and sometimes goes up when being still aiming an opponent

Possible solution: When turret rotation jams, just press turret rotation key(Z, X & C || , /) to rotate it. Crosshair is lifted after your tank gets destroyed when being still.

Fix is planned.

In other words, until the bug is solved, pressing one of the keys is the only way to deal with it. 
You can also try using your mouse instead of arrows to aim and see if that works better.

Before they did the update on shaft this never hepend .

In one of their videos they say themselves the his problem with shaft and they'll fix this problem
