[Declined] Reduced power assistants to the Administration

Well well, I stopped counting how many times I've heard that we don't have enough staff members since nobody meet the requirements completely. For some particular work (e.g. violation report moderator etc.) , could be there new positions with reduced power & requirements?

Processing game violations on the forum isn't an easier task than working on the servers. It requires the same level of skill, training, concentration and maturity as checking battles in real-time. The only think missing is the pressure from having a time limit and working with players in chat, which can get quite stressful. But even then, there is another challenge which is edited screenshots and videos, missing which can result in an unfair ban for an innocent player.

 

The administration can't afford to lower the requirements for a "forum battle mod" position because giving the power to completely prevent someone from playing the game forever is very dangerous in the hands of someone who might not be mature enough for the job.
