Payment System is MESSED UP

Ok, so I'm trying to buy crystals with paypal.  Should be a problem, right??  I have bought 20 gold boxes with paypal so far.  However, when I try to buy CRYSTALS, I get a big screen that says UNEXPECTED ERROR HAS OCCURED.  PLEASE TRY AGAIN LATER.  I'm sick and tired of this, I've been trying to buy for a couple weeks now,  I even bought a gift card from the store and THAT wouldn't work.  Can I get some help?

Well, I'd recommend you to read the following articles if you hadn't so far. I am not too experienced in purchases.

If you did everything like this, try another browser in incognito mode, another internet connection and so on. Your server connection must be fine to purchase.

Well im getting this error whenever i purchase something. Boxes/crystals are being added to my account but this error is misleading.

Good that tech refounded me 50 euros what i spent because of this bug.

i purchased crystals as normal.

Then i got this error.

I went back to purchase page and bought another crystal package worth 50 euros without checking game.

When i got this error again, i wanted to ask someone in chat for help. Then i saw my crystals being added.

Then 5 hours later my acc got hacked and tanki wont return my premium what came with purchase.

It IS messed up. On Saturday, July 30th, I had acquired a DCC and was purchasing crystals in order to take advantage of the 50% MU discount. However, I was hit with the "Anti-Fraud" screen. I mean why would that come up if I had previously made 7 straight purchases for gold boxes just a couple of hours ago?

 

I followed their procedure to contact help@tankionline.com - like I have done before 5 previous times since December. Then they just throw me a bone on July 31st, Sunday afternoon:

 

"Hello!

We received your application. Once your issue is resolved, we will send you a written response to your e-mail.
We apologize for keeping you waiting."
 
In the past they usually resolved this type of issue for me in under 60 hours.
 
My DCC expired and I've missed the 50% MU discount. I've asked for updates twice in the past few days, maybe if there was a larger issue that they are dealing with. SOMETHING?!  
 
 
Still waiting.......  <_<
