ok your best bet is to contact tech support maybe it is something on there end .. i have been hearing about other issues with credit cards / purchases and things .. also post your issue in the problems ( general mail box ) see if someone can contact you or give better advise

The way the answer was presented in vlog 101 was a bit confusing. The recap of the question in vlog 101 deals with how many mines it takes to destroy the mammoth, but the question in  vlog 100 was how many it would survive (there's a difference of one mine between them). The answer was correct, though.

Love the new update on the User License Agreement but had a couple questions over the messaging part. I personally believe the Tanki Company is making the right decision in monitoring the chats more carefully so people of all ages can enjoy the chatting aspect of the game. My first question is aimed to towards the storing of message of each player; I do understand that Tanki does not abide by the same legal laws as a communications company (e.g. Whatsapp), but I would like to know the specifics of this if possible: exactly how much of our data is stored? Is this the new amendment or has this been happening? And who is looking through these stored chats, mods or someone else? Tank you for taking your time to read through this and I hope you can answer all my questions.

The EULA clearly states that the messages shouldn't be considered as private or personal from a legal point of view. In any case, mods and admins too only have power to view chats in real time so any stored content won't be available to them. Edited August 7, 2016 by beaku
