If we have a 2nd account that is not linked to an email address and can't remember the password, how do we get a password reminder or reset the password?

If your account is not linked to a valid e-mail address, you will have to contact our technical support at: help@tankionline.com

 

You will need to prove that account is yours, by providing them some information. After making sure you're the real owner of the account, your password will be changed and you'll get the new one in your e-mail inbox.

Linking your account to a valid e-mail address is giving you some extra protection.

8. What is the last hull purchased on your account?

9. What is the last gun purchased on your account?

10. Which e-mail address should the account be linked to in case of a positive decision on the application?

 

 

In order to prove that you are the real account owner. Of course, if you do not know answers to all this questions. Answer to those questions to which you know the right answer.

i had an account..then i logged out. when  i wanted to log back in, my password refused. Then i friended that account with a new one that i created. then it accepted, meaning that someone is using my old account and has changed my password. so i wanted to ask if u could assist me in getting my account back.
