[Declined] Cheap unbalanced kits at low ranks

I noticed that Annihilator kit is 253k (with m2 thunder and m2 module), but Bulldozer kit is only 220k (with m3 thunder and m3 module). The problem with bulldozer is that, the m3 module is released 5 ranks earlier for such a good protection. Why can't bulldozer kit have m2 module instead, because the m3 module is actually very unfair at low ranks. Similarly, I also see that ant kit is only 229k with another killer m3 module. I feel that m3 modules should only be available in kits released after brigadier. That way, you don't have to have a ridiculous discount such as 75% sale. Another problem with the 75% discount is that, high rankers like me find it unfair that we cannot get those kits because the kits disappear at a lower rank. So, the low rankers actually have an advantage over higher ranks in this scenario because they have a better discount :/ 

 

Conclusion: m3 module is unfair when released at lieutenant colonel (5 ranks earlier) given the fact that it is the highest trio protection module which can be purchased even for generalisimos now a days. It is like the mosquito kit debate about a year ago.

This contradicts with the concept of kits completely. To get items at a lower cost a few ranks before they unlock.
