So this rule says if i havent got enoght crystals to buy  good gear upon generalissimo ranks i cant play?
if my equipment is weak, i cant join battles because i might get banned. if i join multiple battles trying to earn crystals i will get temp blocked and so on.
 
So why tanki removed crystal boxes? The only source of crystals for users with weak equipment.

Not just tanki, all games need profit (money) 

People try their best to make them buy something like giving discounts, etc.

It is common through out the world

You highlighted the wrong text. Let me fix that for you; intentional selection of weak equipment, frequent pauses, inactivity or intentional failure to comply with map’s or game mode’s requirements

 

Let me clarify what that means - you cannot use, let's say, any m0s in your garage to play against m3s, unless you don't have higher-modification turrets or hulls in your garage, to intentionally make your team lose. Simply put - you can't choose "weaker" equipment in your garage intentionally to make your own team lose.

 

What about those who don't exactly have higher modification equipment? The answer is very simple: nothing - they can use their best combo in their garage which can range from m0s to m3s. So if one does not have m3 equipment, one can use m2s. If not m2s, m1s. If not m1s, m0s. That's how it goes. Choosing m0s over m3s just to make your team lose isn't an option.
