Yes you can use imgur  for the image .... i've used that a few times to report images,

You can now invite people who aren't in your friends list to battles, including ones unavailable at thier rank.

 

Just click on a persons name in chat to try it.

Yes, you can invite anyone to a battle of any rank from chat.

We strongly apologize for the unexpected delay in sorting through these problems. And no, we, along with the forum moderator's team already know about these issues, which is why we are already working on the new rules for the Forum Games section. It's just, once again, a question of how much time we have available, but we promise that we won't take much longer to fix these issues. I'm not sure what's going on. Yesterday I was able to invite players to a battle that was not for their rank. Earlyer today I was not able to do it, but now it is possible again for me. I'll see if I can find out more.

 

Will tanki handicraft competition will be back?. Its been a while that postcards or tanki online competition has not been done.

We do not have any information on upcoming competitions. Keep an eye on the news section to find out about any competition.

Yes there will be a maximum number of clan members. The standard limit is 10. However, in clan system implementation phase 2, when the economy system is introduced, you will get the opportunity to increase this limit by fulfilling certain conditions with your clan in the game.

 

As an Isida heals, does that add to the battle fund? If so, how much or what percentage?

As far as I know it adds to the battle fund a fixed amount of crys. It is probably dependent on what rank the player has, but I am not sure.

The rating formula is unknown. The old one is known. The higher the rating, the better.

The current maximum is 12 members. In the future, it should become possible to expand your clan.

You can't use two alterations of the same modification at the same time, but so far only Railgun has two alterations of the same modification.

Yes you can. You can't use two alterations of the same modification at the same time though, but so far only Railgun has two alterations of the same modification.

You are right, that you can only equip one alteration of the same modification at the same time, so the answer is no, as the mentioned alts. are both on M2 level.

Higher is better, the highest rating so far is 18K, I am 4.8K. So you can judge off that.
