Yes there is a way you can find out how many Gold boxes you or anyone else have caught by going to this link right here.  Just change the name to anyone else's name at the end of the link. Usually such info is on the first line so you don't have to look them that much. This is the Golds you caught. Feel free to check them anytime you want or anyone else's profile.

And to help you find it easier press CTRL+F and type in 'gold'.

As far as I know an account does NOT appear in ratings if its inactive, so its basically a ghost account and you cant use thier name when registering.

 

If the account is inactive for a certain period someone else can take thier name if requested, you can check if its available here: http://tankionline.com/forms/change/en/

 

This is to the best of my knowledge, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong.

Sadly no, to apply you must speak fluent Russian among other things. Check the requirements in there.

Is there any way to see that how many goldboxes I have caught since I created account?

In addition to what @Hate said, the amount of gold boxes caught that is shown on the ratings page, is the amount caught AFTER the introduction of the ratings page in October 2015. Any gold boxes you might have caught before that time are not included, and there is no way to know how many golds you've caught before that time.

if you want volume level you need to go into the settings to lower or raise them

There is a guide for Highland which you can find in here. In case you want other guides for other maps than the best place to find them all is here. Link for guides in all maps is here. And of course using the Ctrl + F

would safe you some time.

It is offensive and provocative. Words are censored for a decent reason. You can always convey your messages without using such type of words.

I have M3 Turrets but after some changes it's purchasable now for Marshals and above. Do i use M3 when i'm in battle or M2? I am Lieutenant General.

If you already have M3, you will still be able to equip it, upgrade it and use it in any battle. You don't lose anything.

This question was asked in the Live Stream and ''Hazel said that he's got something very special up his sleeve for hulls. For now, he's calling it "character". If this new feature is implemented successfully, two new hulls will be added to the game (one light and one heavy hull). They will differ a lot from the current hulls. More will be known once the "character" for hulls is implemented.''
