May I ask what you downloaded? Alright, try enabling your hardware acceleration, here is how you do it.

Or simply, try doing the following in case it isn't:

• Load in a Tanki server. Then, right-click with your mouse and select 'Settings'.
• On the Settings screen, go to the first section, then put a tick next to 'Enable hardware acceleration'
• After you've done this, close the Settings menu and restart your browser.

still not working. my son also checked on my end last night when we were looking into why this was not working . tanki X is fine and controls system is there to change but not tanki.. I think this needs to be sorted out with tanki on line instead ..Thanks for trying

Check your flash player and your graphic card.

Go to start>Device manager>Check under "Display adapters". If there is an yellow exclamation mark it will be a driver fault or else double click on your adapter>select " Driver" tab and press "Update driver"

Not sure if this question has been answered. Tried to find it but couldn't. I am a supreme commander of a clan. I am able to change the members ranks from Private, Veteran, Sergeant, Officer, Commander. What accesses or privilages does it give the member receiving the promotion?

Go full screen, click on 3 dots down right corner and choose Gamepad:

 

 

Make controls by pressing on settings icon(gear icon) like I have on this screen and you will be able to turn turret with ''X'' and '','' - Shoot with ''Space''. (I just had to add the '','' so maybe it will be same case for you.)

I am curious about Tanki's afterburn mechanic that I'm sure all of us have experienced firsthand with Firebird and Vulcan.  

 

While the Wiki does provide information regarding maximum temperature, temp/sec rate, and burning time, the Wiki does not give any exact rates of burning damage per sec (or damage_burn/second) that occurs once a Firebird fully ignites a tank or once a Vulcan overheats to max temperature.

 

I've also looked on Tanki's Help Site, only getting back info about reducing afterburn damage rather than the actual quantity of afterburn damage.  

 

So, what is the rate(s) of afterburn damage in Tanki, if available?

Most probably the developers did not provide the Wiki team with such information. Or they thought it would be meaningless to provide this because Firebird doesn't reach maximum burning temperature everytime, there are resistance modules for it of different %ages and it also has an Alteration. So that after-burn value would be different in each case due to which many players might complain and call the stats outdated.

The developers don't hand out that information to avoid people from trying to rig the rating system in order to pump up their ratings.

As Coop said, nobody other than the developers know how to improve your ratings other than that you have to play well. The information isn't released to stop players abusing the system and improving their ratings through bogus methods as happened with the previous ratings system resulting in it's removal.

still not happening guys , we have looked into all the items given and it won't work . even tanki on line gave us stuff and its not on my end cause we did have it about three months ago before the did the past updates . also there standalone flash info is out dated they still have eng 1 / rus 1 links

Did you check what I said? DId it show any yellow exclamation or something?

Does your laptop have Discrete and Integrated graphics?

Did you get a new graphics card?

Have you installed the relevant drivers for the graphic card?

If you still dont get graphics option then try Tanki online client.

The current version won't work since it is based on Flash based though developers will probably release a new HTML5 client. Bear in mind the latter part is pure speculation since there is no official information about this.

Is the new overdrive feature activated with the shift key?

I tried that in XP/BP, but while everyone else had it activated, I could not, and I had the highest score amongst them.
