What is considered to be a good K/D ratio?

They are trained for that.

 

I dont suppose there is some kind of handbook lying around that I can read, is there... Its just always bothered me when I think someone is hacking but I dont want to call mods on them unless I know its not lag...

Around 1, like Musa said, but for Isidas or parkourists lower is considered fine. Also XP/BP players, sometimes.

Yes, I believe the (20?) winners are chosen randomly from those who got the correct answer.

I logged in on a Sandbox non-formatted CTF battle with Vulcan/Titan. I was told to either leave or change turrets. For the short time I was there, I saw a variety of hulls, Railgun, Firebird, Freeze, and Thunder. I left only because both teams worked together to gang up on me. Since it wasn't formatted, I had every right to be there. Didn't I? 

 

How both teams worked together was while the opposing team was busy killing me, my team sat off to one side watching me get killed. I respawned and they did it again. And then a third time. The battle came to a halt until I left. Neither team attacked each other nor tried for the flag while I was there.

Maybe they all were friends and trying to take over that battle for event or some other reason.

 

By the way, this is against rules. If this happens with you again make sure you record video and post in Game Violation Reports. Don't forget to read GAME VIOLATIONS SECTION RULES.

You just need to equip Vulcan and anything that gives you exp points, be it killing or capturing flags/points will count.

Most likely because they only care about catching gold boxes. If you see any player using cheats, please try to record them and report them here:

It's very important to read the section rules first and if your report is valid, the cheater will be blocked from the game.
