Are PMs monitored in any way by Mods, Helpers, bots, AIs, etc.? Is content of PMs truly private? 

PMs aren't monitored. However, it is possible to add a moderator to the PM in case you're receiving messages that severely break the game rules. 

 

if someone quotes my post to reply but a mod hides his reply before i can see it... can i ask a mod/admin to show me that reply through PM?

No, that's not possible. If you want to know about the reply, it's best to contact the player that wrote the reply.

Not possible, sorry. But as Coop has already said, you can ask the player that quoted your post (in PM of course). :)

Nope, the best for all is for player to comply with the rules and post in the right topic - it is the best way to keep your post visible. Flood, flaming, provocation and other alike will be hidden as per our responsibilities. Keep your end of the bargain as we will not fail ours.

You can deal with your private affair in private (use le PM). 

And please don't add me in your private affair because  I will use the ignore option.

Just got 1 shot by a shaft.I was using viking with 2824 health and 46% shaft protection.When i died i had full health (yes ,i am sure ) and double armour .Even with alteration it is impossible to 1 shot me.

So,should i assume it is a hack.

You can get about 7K damage by a shaft if he's M4 with Alternation. So logically, this is normal.

Dude ,you have no idea what you just said.Do the math before talking.also its (3000+900)*2= 6800 damage.fyi i have m4 shaft .

if i use double armor and he use double damage its 3900 damage to me with alteration.then comes my 46% protection.do the math.

also this is the first time i got 1 shot by a shaft with double armor on in full health.

Its possible that a Magnum or something hit you a split-second before the shaft shot you.

Ohh yeah I totally forgot that they charge you real currency now, well no way I'm going to change my s to an S for $18 lol.

I was thinking that perhaps they could do it for free since it wouldn't really change the nickname.

Players have reported recently that their protection modules don't seem to be working in battles. That could be the case for you also, because indeed it's not possible in this scenario for the shaft to destroy your tank in one shot.

Because of the reduction of freeze and burn effect being taken away from Isida, will Freeze still be able to reduce the burn and Firebird reduce the freeze on friendly tanks?

 

Or maybe I better keep my mouth shut?

I doubt the majority of players even know that this tactic exists, while getting burnt by Firebird a few times I haven't once seen Freeze cool me down and drove straight past me :-;.
